 Hi from TallahasseeHi,
I'm a grad student in Florida and I've finally saved enough to start working on joining the 501st. I'm planning on having multiple outfits, working on them as time allows. I'm thinking Imperial Crewman as a starter to get my foot in the door, then moving on to Royal Guard as a personal favorite, and finally a Stormtrooper. Right now my biggest concern after looking around the forums is a compad. I don't have much time on my hands at the moment, so I was wondering what options are available. I heard that there was someone at the Rebel Legion who had been selling them as of 3 months ago, but the RL forums are down...obviously not up to Imperial efficiency. The main RL forum is back up again. They've had a lot of problems with their provider recently. Re: Hi from Tallahassee I've been working like mad! I have an ebay jumpsuit (which means I need new patches...), gloves, and my boots are on the way. Tandy and ET are sending me my belt pieces. I am working on some compad prototypes, starting from some prints on a cardboard backing and hopefully moving to a plastic form.

Re: Hi from Tallahassee I'm a Master's student in history, applied/public history. Things like the Star Wars exhibit in Alaska would be made by people with that kind of Masters normally.
Do you think the cardboard compad would be acceptable for admission?
