    They were printed for me a while ago... Wanted to see how that's look finished.. I honestly think they're way too thick.. Embroidery is going to be the best option.. But in glad I put them together at least.

    Thank you very much... I'll have the contacts in next week... Messed up on the prescription.. I'll be out of the state for about 5 weeks starting Saturday, so I'll finish everything up when I get back!

    So... Quick question... Did you have any issues covering your scalp/hairline with the paint? I tried doing my initial paint with just airbrushing, but ran in to issues with matting/ not full coverage.. I went the wig route instead.. Can you post pictures up of how you did the layering with these paint?  Asking because I've been running in to a few issues, and this weekend will be the third ( and hopefully final) paint test for my Thrawn.

    Aaaaaaaaand.... an assorted collection of pieces I currently have...

     

    I'm waiting on the belt and rank bar from Tiggwolf... and the contacts and uniform... but that's it really...

    Well... here's hoping to have my contacts in the next few weeks... fingers crossed! Think I'm going to be stuck after that though... I have nothing in the world as far as the actual uniform...

    I like my Thrawn too, but it is not as frightening as yours as you can see below. But the red eyes definitely scared many people, great fun to see their reactions :D

    And yes, it is a learning process, we all have to go through it.

    I wanted to do justice to both Heir and Rebels... I love the transformation process too!

    I can't wait for the rest of this to come together..

    It was a darker paint... the first go around we had, the paint coagulated... we thought it was the brand (Endura) however, that was not the case... turns out, the Texas heat and humidity did it in... I personally preferred the lighter blue, but it is a learning process.

     

    We'll be going back with the originally paint the next go around. ;)
