I got out of the Marines in 2015, but I feel just as busy now. I work 70 hours a week, do college full time online, spend time with family on the weekends, and have a 1-month-old daughter. I was told by the person who referred me to my garrison that it is preferred you do a minimum of one troop a year to remain in an active status, though I haven't checked to see if that is an actual requirement. I would think that there would be considerations for deployed military, too.

The original Thrawn Trilogy was great and I also loved the Tarkin book. Tarkin is the book that got me into reading (although I usually do audio books while driving for work) Star Wars books.

Nice ink. The second one looks like it could either be one of statues lining the walls of the Valley of the Dark Lords on Korriban or possibly one of the statues outside the door of our Emperor's inner office in Revenge of the sith.
