There are a few things that will interest officers that will be happening at Celebrations. Some official and some unofficial.
Officially, the biggest events will be the bash and the dinner. No idea on the times for those yet, but we will relay the message as soon as we hear.
Disney was planning on having an official event in Disneyland and Galaxy Edge. The original date got moved and when they announce it again, we will let people here know. You want to get a ticket to this as a number of officers will be going in uniform. This is a rare event that may only happen every 10 years if we are lucky. Would you like to wear your uniform to Galaxy's edge? Go through Rise of the Resistance in uniform with other officers? This is not to be missed for the very unique opportunity for photos.
Another thing happening is that a bunch of people are touring the Los Angeles area in the days before the con. A number of them are going to the Scum and Villainy bar in Hollywood in uniform. This is not an official event, but as everyone is a private citizen who owns their costume, there will be a lot of officers in that star wars themed bar the Monday evening before the con. Once again this will be another unique opportunity for photos with others in costume.
Outside of that, there will definitely be a few nights that we will gather in the Marriott and Hyatt bars. I plan on having challenge coins I'll give out to those I see. It'll be a good time.
