@Angelus looks like this was approved!

Here are the notes from the LMO team:

The next step is to get the CRL finalized in collaboration with the LMO team as there are some comments regarding the accuracy of the costume in the build thread to the source visuals supplied. We are hoping that we can work together to have the CRL and costume ready in no time.

I honestly didn't think of that. I thought it was just an anime thing lol. Which has me thinking now. Is his head actually shaved or is it just grey in his hair? If we're following the alien logic that is.

It is shaved hair or undercut hairstyle. (It is may be just anime/cartoon drawing/coloring logic for that part to be gray looking but it not it can be just hair growing out abit LOL) with some design with it. It is just possible it is clip 1 for that gray part and and clip 2 to 3.

I saw that thread. I'm beyond impressed with the costumers CRL of it. It's freaking awesome. I saw a little bit of him on one page of the book, but not enough to start working on it. The hair is my main concern. Do you have any more info on him @Angelus?

So far for this admiral does have a cape in the manga which is in a manga mazgine but it is not very clear on the design. but I am guessing it will be the same as Ochō. Let me dug for the art book when I finish unpacking my bag LOL (just came back home)

I really do think Thursday is best.  Sunday would likely mean either a very late night, or needing to leave before the con is over to get to where ever we end up going...

Plus it's a holiday, Easter.  Other dinner reservations I was attempting to make for Sunday - the restaurants seem to close at 7 PM.

Thursday there are some people are flying in or going to the pub (ie for patch and stuff) the 501st meet and greet thing happening

Ermmm..... Has anyone registered what time the meet up is meant to be happening?

I believe that is currently being listed as 5pm. Although in the UK we will be in BST, (one hour on from GMT) sun set will be 17.51pm.  This will make the sun incredibly low in the sky.

UK sun set is pretty early right?

I would like to suggest that it would be good to find a venue close to the convention centre. Alot of us a flying in on thursday and talking from experience there will be an unofficial meet and creed at some the closest pubs.

That way we can come straight from the Coctails to all the other fun :)

And I cannot find anything about the Sail Barge, can anyone help

Most likely there will be patch trading too. LOL So some people who are not going for bash may do that.
