So far for this admiral does have a cape in the manga which is in a manga mazgine but it is not very clear on the design. but I am guessing it will be the same as Ochō. Let me dug for the art book when I finish unpacking my bag LOL (just came back home)

Angelus reacted to soodohej in Blackwing Officer - zombie
The FISD recognize the zombie TK Death Trooper from the novel. It is established through literature that these infected troops were also composed of other imperial personel including officers. In game " Star Wars commander" we also see some crew members , and even rebel troopers with the "sickness".
The officer can be seen depicted in two major artwork - one more obvious (bottom left corner) than the other.
I propose the following CRL
This particular costume may not be welcome at all 501st events.
This is not recommended as a primary Legion membership costume.
Please contact your garrison CO/GML with any questions if you are planning to create one.
Please contact your garrison CO to confirm usability during an event if you are planning to bring one.
Face
The mask must be of a zombie nature and high quality representation of silicon or latex.
Face, neck and all skin exposed by the neckline are covered by the mask.
The wearers eyes are rimmed in black/brown depending on eye hole size.
The eyes appear deep set from the large brow line.
The mask should be in the greenish , pale purple hue showing age ; . “fresh red” blood is not accurate
. Large patches of skulls and bones is not accurate . Large facial damages ( inflicted by gun or otherwise) is not accurate.
Hands
The hands are made from similar material as the mask
Hands are colored the same tone as the mask.
Tunic
Olive Green Fabric is heavily distressed and appropriately aged including stains that emulate aged dry blood. If any large areas are missing and skin is exposed, it is covered with zombie-like prosthetic skin.
• Fabric is a medium weight suiting material matching the pants.
◦ Gabardine style weave is most accurate.
• Tunic is double-breasted with a left over right closure on the tapered yoke.
• Yoke comes up across the shoulder to the top shoulder seam.
• The standing collar has square corners and is between 1.25" (31.8 mm) to 2" tall.
• Collar closes snugly and includes a modesty panel behind closure.
• Collar edges are closed with two eye hooks.
• There are code cylinder pockets on both outside panels of the jacket from about half way between the top and bottom on the arm hole.
• Sleeves are long, and without decoration, cuffs or buttons.
• Sleeves contain 2 seams.
◦ One along the bottom and one along the back.
• Tunic is constructed with no top-stitching (stitches visible on the exterior surface of fabric)
• Hook and eye fasteners on the uniform should not be visible.
• Tunic is secured on the right side by snaps or buttons.
• There is no top-stitching visible anywhere.
• A lining is sewn in.
Jodhpur Trousers,
Olive Green Fabric is heavily distressed and appropriately aged including stains that emulate aged dry blood. If any large areas are missing and skin is exposed, it is covered with zombie-like prosthetic skin.
• Fabric is a medium weight suiting material exactly matching the tunic.
◦ Gabardine style weave is most accurate.
• Flared riding breeches are canon, with semi-stiff flares to the hip/thigh area.
• Breeches are worn with boots.
• Pockets are acceptable, although are not visible with the tunic on.
Belt
Leather can be distressed with scratches and stains that emulate aged dry blood.
• The belt is constructed from a non-textured leather or a leather-like material.
• Approximately 2" (50.8 mm) in width, up to 3" (76.2 mm) is acceptable.
• There are no loops on the belt.
• A single large snap or rivet is visible approximately 1" (25.4 mm) from the buckle.
◦ The belt may be worn with the snap to the right or left of the buckle.
• The buckle is constructed from a horizontally brushed metal, or metal looking material and scratched appropriately to remove shine and emulate attacks.
• The buckle size is approximately 2 ⅛" (66.7 mm) high and 4 ⅛" (104.5 mm) wide with 0.5" (12.7 mm) radius rounded corners.
• Buckle is adorned with an Imperial Code Disk at the center
◦ Please refer to the Imperial Buckle reference page for information on accurate and inaccurate style buckles.
Officer Boots
Leather can be distressed with scratches, rips and stains that emulate aged dry blood.
• Knee-high, black, riding style, lace-less, smooth non-textured, leather or leather-like material.
• There are no buckles, snap tabs or decoration.
• Boots have conservative heels.
• A single stretch panel or zipper may be present, they are to be hidden on the inner part of the boot shaft.
◦ Not visible from the front, side or back.
• The top of the boots may be flat or Spanish Style, but not Cowboy or Super Hero (pointed at the front) style.
Rank Bar
Should be distressed with combination of scratches, breaks and stains that emulate aged dry blood.
• Rank consists of colored plastic tiles mounted on a single or double metal or metal looking bar.
• Worn on the left side of the tunic over the heart.
• Each bar is approximately 1" to 1.25" height.
• Length is determined by chosen rank.
• Rank tile dimensions and spacing are appropriate and proportional to the sizing of the bar to allow for equidistant and even spacing from each other and the border of the bar.
• Please note that final dimensions of the bar is proportional to the wearer.
• Rank bar corners are hard angle or slightly rounded
• Rank tiles are translucent.
• Color, quantity, and combinations of the tiles/bars are determined by rank, and are appropriate to uniform type/color as supported by licensed reference.
OPTIONAL
Gloves
Leather is heavily distressed /ripped and appropriately aged including stains that emulate aged dry blood. If any large areas are missing and skin is exposed, it is covered with zombie-like prosthetic skin.
• Black, wrist length gloves constructed of a non-textured leather or leather-like material.
• Enclosed fingers.
• No buckles, straps, etc.
◦ May have three stitched lines on the back of the hand
Hat
Olive Fabric is heavily distressed and appropriately aged including stains that emulate aged dry blood. If any large areas are missing and skin is exposed, it is covered with zombie-like prosthetic skin.
• Fabric is a medium weight suiting material exactly matching the tunic and pants.
◦ Gabardine style weave is most accurate.
• Color matches the tunic and pants.
• Base of the hat is conical, with a crown about 4" (101.6 mm) tall.
• Front and rear "flaps" overlap on the sides and are about 4" (101.6 mm) high.
• Front bill extends 3" down, decorated with (5) (6) or (7) concentric stitches.
• Imperial Code Disk positioned in the center of the front vertical "flap."

Angelus reacted to soodohej in Blackwing Officer - zombie
I was told that we needed actual official artwork/pictures of kind to start the CRL process with Legion Command. It took me a while to get the couple officer picture - not even sure that will be enough to be honest - but there is a Crew in one of these shot AND there is a screen grab of Star Wars Commander ( game) where you can "clearly" see a At-ST or crewman ( grey) as a Zombie so I guess if this clears with LC; I can work on the crewman version next
