  1. --- Place a plain sheet of printer paper over cog

--- Apply medium pressure for 14-16 seconds while moving iron in small circles.

--- Peel away plastic sheet on top of white cog. It should release easily.

If at anytime, you start to peel away the plastic sheet, and the vinyl is still sticking to it (not sticking to fabric), put plastic and vinyl back on fabric and iron for longer with slightly more pressure.  If still not sticking, slightly raise the temperature on your iron to the cotton setting and iron for just a couple of seconds at this temperature.

    DO NOT dry clean

Your new vinyl cogs have been tested by several Legion members for durability and ease of application.  With care they will last for quite a while.

DO NOT dry clean or bleach your cogs.

--- When you receive your Iron on vinyl cogs, your going to get it in 2 pieces.  A white cog and a black circle.  You will have to "weed" them out.

--- Peel off unused vinyl away from shiny plastic side with an X-Acto knife or tweezers.(shiny plastic side down)

---  After peeling away all unwanted vinyl, you will be left with the image your going to iron on.

Once you have both pieces peeled, you will be ready to iron them on to your flight suit.

--- Set your iron for the wool setting (not as hot as cotton, which normally is the maximum setting on most irons) and allow iron to warm up

--- With your iron set on a wool setting, pre heat the Sleeve for 4 seconds

--- Place black circle in desired location on arm with the shiny plastic side up.  The sticky side will help hold the image in place while you iron it on.
