I have spoken with Lesley about the Legion Flag run and with Mark's approval, they can be made with the IOC Logo. It's going to be on a simple black background, so it will be different that the run we just did.

Okay. You would need to follow this link, ask for 501st Access, and provide a link to your 501st account from the legion boards. After that, you will have your permissions upgraded (in about a day or 2) and you are free to order from there. The run is going all month, so there is plenty of time!

The pattern is not in .pdf as I don't think it would print out well. I am thinking about going to Office Max and seeing how much copies would be. I am currently mad at this project; I don't like needing to start over. This tutorial is going to be deleted and started from scratch. I have a friend in my Garrison who wants a Krennic, and white is easier to see the stitching on. I am probably going to do that soon. Right now I am sewing a jumpsuit and taking pictures for a tutorial on that, but that is way more in-depth that this one. Long answer for a "No" it's not in .pdf. I posted the pictures on a 1" grid to try and make things easier.

Okay. If it doesn't have a 501st/IOC Logo, you can put up a sales thread in one of the subfolders for the Imperial Commissary, but there are a few things to keep in mind...
Only 501st Members can put up sales threads. I don't like non members selling to members.
Keep your prices in mind, if I find a sale for an extreme amount, I'll shut it down. No one profits off of our members.
If you aren't ready to sell; don't post a sales thread.
Make sure your research is backed up with photo reference.
Photos are better than digital renderings.
The Command Staff tries to not promote vendors.
If people order from you, they do so at their own risk.
That's a lot to keep in mind when selling. If you are looking to do a run, contact me via PM and we can hash out the details.

I post all my runs in this forum:
http://www.imperialofficer.com/forum/index.php?/forum/6-detachment-merch/
There are others that are selling things in other forums, but the "Official" Merch is in that forum. IOC Patch, Coins, Key Chains, and plenty of other things are all there, about 1 run a month. I do a weekly update, so if you can't find the Merch, look for an update every Monday.

I have a question for Robert G. Barker. You want to push more CRLs through. How are you going to convince people to make the costume, take pictures, and help draft the CRL? We really can not make a CRL without someone having first made the costume. All of the pictures in a CRL MUST be from members, as using LFL images is a strict Copyright Violation. We don't even have an ANH Staff Officer yet; I plan on making one this summer for the CRL and tutorial. What makes you think you can force people to make something for any CRL?

Beyond that I do have suggestions, but I am hoping to keep much of the leadership on. My campaign is for policy change, not to tear the whole place down. There would be a role for even my opponents. If they choose not to continue then I have replacements in mind that can execute the duties adequately.
Perhaps it would have been best to reach out to those you wish to keep on staff. For the Record; I am BJ's Merch Officer, and my loyalty is to him. BJ has asked me to be Mark's Merch Officer, and as such my loyalty is extended to him as well. I am a firm believer in only running on one ticket (there must be consequences for our choices) and as such will not continue as Merch Officer for another DL. I cannot speak for the rest of the current staff, but perhaps you should ask them personally. So I will ask again: Who makes up your command staffs and their positions.

This one is for all 3. I am curious to know who makes up your command staffs and their positions.

That run closed ages ago. I am currently shopping vendors to see if I can do a normal Tee version. If by IOC ID card, you mean the Name Badges, that run is also closed. I might revisit it in a year or so. There are new runs almost every month, so there is always something new around every corner.

The grid squares are 1" each. I am 6' tall; you lose 1 in for the waist seam; and 1 inch for the seam allowance at the top and bottom. I left it a little long for taller people, but it should come down to about the lower 1/3 of your thigh, just above your knee. Most people that make their own tend to make them a touch short.

Nice!! I didn't know if we could use umbrellas or not. Is that a personal choice or garrison authorization?
I'm used to a land where we laugh at the Air Force and their umbrellas and chant "If it ain't rainin' we ain't trainin'!"
Thanks!

A lot of people take this too seriously. Like WAY too seriously, because they play plastic spaceman WAY better than me! If it's raining, get under an umbrella. My Garrison is very relaxed with things like this, as long as the costume looks great. The point of this club is to promote Star Wars Costumes, and have fun. If you are worried, ask the EC if an umbrella is okay.

When it looks like rain, I carry my Darth Vader Lightsaber Umbrella.

Does anyone have 'close' contact with Cosplay Sky? Can we work with them to better higher quality, more accurate costumes? All they would need to do is tweak their patterns to make that WAY better.

Most people use Elvis Trooper's Greebles. They can be found at:

The ones on the Ebay Listing seem fine, and you could try them, but we know Elvis' work.
