Im going to say no. The reason is because of the zipper. Here is a link to approved boots. The price is kind of expensive, but its worth it. Ask around and you will find other soureces for other boots. https://hessenantique.com/riding-boots/
because of the zipper? I don't know, but in theory, for the basic level it is admitted while it is on the inside, and for this uniform, (transportation security officer) although it would not be to reach it, in L2 the boots must have zippers

Hello, this is a question for my wife. She wants to make herself a Transport Security Officer uniform. She has a fairly wide leg (and calf) and she found these boots that would work for her, but before buying them she wanted to if they would work for her, at least for an L1.
Thank you -
Thank you very much Katrina!. I prefer to ask first than unstitch later

Hello again,
I'm making the olive green officer's uniform (well, my wife is making it) and we have a question about the back of jacket; We are using the wampa wear jacket as a reference for the seams, shapes, etc., but we see that, apart from the princess seams, some members who have made their uniforms add a second "cut", between the princess seam and the union with the front piece, and apart in the rear skirt, one or two darts per side.
We have already made the patterns and a test jacket in cheap fabric, to check measurements, fits, etc. , without those details (wampa wear does not carry them, nor do Anovos I think) and although they are not necessary for level 1, they would be required for higher levels.
We haven't started to cut anything yet and I would like to know before we start, lest it be set as "missing" later for possible higher access, and we can still make those changes. Thanks for all en advance.
Acceptable boots?

Thanks Eric, yes, I have asked our GML to see what he thinks.
My wife has a lot of problems with tall boots, even in everyday life; she can't move her foot enough to get into a knee-high boot, she only has a pair of low boots that she can put on without a zipper, and still, I have to help her.
I had even thought about putting a cover over the zipper on these, but I'll wait and see what my GML tells me.
In this other photo, they seem more discreet.
