because of the zipper? I don't know, but in theory, for the basic level it is admitted while it is on the inside, and for this uniform, (transportation security officer) although it would not be to reach it, in L2 the boots must have zippers

    Hi Eduardo!

For L1 approval, you should check in with your GML. They are the ones that will give the go/no go on these boots.

Having zippers are fine for the Transport Security Officer - like you pointed out, it's present even in the level 2 requirement

For these pair of boots ... the zippers are really obvious. If it's all she can find, you should see if your GML has issues with them.

Good luck - keep us posted on your conversation!

Hello, this is a question for my wife. She wants to make herself a Transport Security Officer uniform. She has a fairly wide leg (and calf) and she found these boots that would work for her, but before buying them she wanted to if they would work for her, at least for an L1.
    Thank you

Hi Eduardo!  The double princess seams and extra darts you mention are indeed present on some tunics but they are not required for higher levels.  These are additional details that are present on a tunic from the LFL archives, which you can see in this thread from 2012:

Some of the "extra" details seen on screen that are not a CRL requirement at any level are:
Double princess seams on the back of the tunic (seen on many OT green uniforms including the one pictured above, but not on Disney-era uniforms) Pairs of small darts on the back of the tunic skirt, near the outer princess seams (seen on the tunic pictured above, but too small to really be visible on screen) No side seam on the tunic below the waist seam (seen on the tunic above, Tarkin, other OT officers, but not on Disney-era uniforms) No princess seam on the front right side of the tunic where it snaps closed (seen on the tunic above as well as on OT officers) Darts above the waist seam on the side front panels of the tunic (seen on Rogue One and other Disney-era uniforms, but not on OT tunics) For basic approval as well as Level 2/3 judging, only the written requirements on the CRL need to be met. You are of course welcome to include any or all of the extra details if you want.  They are completely optional and do not affect L1/L2/L3 clearance at all.
