    Hi, I am interested in doing Grand Admiral Thrawn. Specifically, I would like to know if having short hair is a strict requirement? 

    Hi there, this is what the CRL has to say regarding Thrawn’s hair:

    - Hair is dark blue
    - The arching widow's peak is combed back at the sides and top.
    -In the back, the hair is off of the neck.

    Based on that, the hair would have to be short enough to meet those requirements.

    Hi,
    My Name is Dan from Vermont and the New England Garrison. I am working on a staff officer black uniform (have a WIP thread going already in the “costume builds” section.) I think I should request an advisor to make sure I have everything covered and I am following the impending new CRL correctly.

    Michael "GiladPelleaon" Quigley requesting an advisor in the Washington, DC/Arlington, VA USA area for help with securing an Imperial Navy Line Officer uniform. I am particularly interested in purchasing a new or gently used ANOVOS olive/grey uniform (hat, jacket, and trousers) if someone can direct me to the appropriate place to inquire about such a transaction. I have "flirted" with the idea of Trooping before, but was not able to do it at the time. Now I am retired from the US Navy and with COVID, I think this is an excellent time to build my kit. I hope to be ready for approval and trooping when we can all get together again. Thank you.

    Hi everyone 

    Just wanted to jump in here and say hello.  I am Jason from Denmark, and I am going to apply for membership of the Legion on my 18th birthday on the 22nd of August with a bridge crew costume. 

    I have been trooping as a youngling for the past 5 years as a Tie pilot, a Jedi and latest as Kylo Ren, which my younger brother now has taken over.  The picture is from our 4th of May parade last year in Copenhagen.
     
    I have Aspergers syndrom, which causes me difficulties as to social gatherings, so having a mask on, has helped me a lot and gotten me out with my mum and little brother on troops.  I´m hoping to add a gunner as the next addition ;-)  if I get approved. My first choice was, sorry, a senate guard, but we are having some problems regarding the helmet.  

    I´ve ordered a tailored suit and a belt from A&J, hat and boots I already have, now waiting for my package to arrive.

    I am already in touch with the Danish Garrison, and I wrote their GML team a mail asking,  if I could send them my pictures before my birthday to hear, if there was anything that wasn´t okay and I could then make the adjustments, so I hopefully could be approved on my birthday as an extra birthday for myself. 
    They said no and I was turned down regarding help, because I am not 18 yet. 

    When I get my suit, I´ll put in the pictures here before my application is being send to hear, if it is okay  :-D

    Unfortunately lost my job due to cutbacks at my company, so not doing too great in that regard.  I'm guessing new costume builds for me are on the back burner for awhile!  Health-wise we're all doing good, so thankful for that.

     

    Also wishing now that my jobs as IOC Chief Advisor and Tampa Bay Squad Leader paid better, LOL!
