We just need to confirm a pantone number to fix that confusion, the difficulty lies in the source of that confirmation, who? How to find him or her?, How to know that the information is accurate?, that is really the issue
We don't cite Pantone numbers in CRLs. Too much opportunity for abuse by GMLs.
The costume designers have not been willing to give that information, thus far, per back channel efforts. -
A quick Google turned up this video, if it helps:
It's not official but you could adapt it, I suspect.

You mean the standard imperial cog?
If so, I'm not aware of anything with a technical breakdown of how to draw. The one above is from Wookipedia, and looks pretty accurate to my eye, if that helps.

Who has the best files for printing one, do you know?
"Best" is subjective, but I've used a combo of models from gucabe and seankfields in the past, and been happy with the results. I don't usually print the main blaster, however... that's a huge PITA and always somehow lacking, IMO. I like hacking up cheap plastic airsoft mausers. They're plentiful, inexpensive, and have moulded plastic far superior to what you get with 3D printing, and save a ton of work. Then just 3D print the add-on bits. (much like the original prop guys added on various bits to existing pistols)
This thread of mine is old, but might have some useful ideas for you (it covers using both the Denix and the plastic mausers):

What exactly is a Tour of Duty? Also, could some please explain how exactly to apply for full IOC access?
You can request 501st or IOC status here:
http://www.imperialofficer.com/forum/index.php?/topic/1670-501st-ioc-member-status-requests/
You need 501st membership and and approved IOC costume, respectively. Then you'll gain access to the Tour of Duty area linked above.

I'd need to look at some references to refresh my mind, but I seem to recall it was basically a regular Merr-Sonn with different wires and the cooling fins are silver for some reason. Starting with a regular Merr-Sonn Power 5 should be a safe place to start. Then check for photos and go from there.

yeah ofc we dont. But we have photoevidence how the tone should look. Going by a text and saying "he wears a red cape" won't help anyone as there are 23226 million redtones
But we DON'T have photo evidence of how the tone should look, that's the problem. Or unique seams. Or... anything.

Turns out we have a sticky thread for that.

The "white with a hint of gray" language was added to the CRL specifically to cover people who want to hit the Andor version. There are no other differences, so it doesn't warrant a separate CRL.

The Anovos / Denuo Novo color is the most perfect fabric color you will find for this costume, with the sole exception of the special run the German folks are running right now (color-matched to Tarkin's screen used pants), which takes the #1 spot. And DN is *really* close to that.
Most other vendors can only dream of nailing the color that closely. (WampaWear probably comes closest, to round out the top three)

Not to disregard this, but just by going by descriptions the purpose of the CRL would be meh. As long as there is no 100% evidence how everything excatly looks it is tbh to much interpretation. what kind of red exactly? etc etc. It would have to be very accuratley written down in "this is RAL 43288238 whatever Red and is 5 inches long or so" tbh
To be fair you'll note we almost never cite precise RAL or Pantone colors. Too much fodder for over-zealous GMLs.
That being said, there's usually considerably more officially-sourced reference photos or art. Are there... any? Even one? I don't think a CRL has ever been made exclusively from text descriptions.

Like as in using like safety pins to hold it or more of a just constant pull to the side?
Meaning have it bunch up exactly as in the original (hopefully a little less, due to the tailoring), but smooth on your back (very visible) and more bunched on your sides (less visible).

Hello again, this is JJ Gonzalez from Cordoba, Veracruz - Mexico. Is the green / olive Imperial Officer costume from Denuo Novo is approved by the 501st legion?
https://www.denuonovo.com/products/imperial-officer-olive-gray
Greetings
100% approved as far as color and required CRL elements. (Obviously the stock "Krennic" greeblie on the hat must be replaced)
Whether it properly fits the costumer is a different story...

The OP was from 2 years ago.
That said, no, I've not seen any templates. The issue is there is no real "standard" for SE-14R sizing, because basically no one owns a real Rexim-Favor, so 90% of the models out there are best guesses by whoever did the modeling, and the sizes are all over the map. Most SW blasters are based on originals that are at least a little easier to come by (especially those based on common Glock and AR platforms, bless their hearts) so accurate sizing is easy. Not so with the SE-14R. So even if you find a holster layout, it won't necessarily work for YOUR blaster.
Best bet is to just lay out YOUR blaster, to outline the flat part on the leather, add the flap at the bottom and the belt loops at the top, and you're ready to cut and sew.

Yup. It's automotive adhesive, designed to stick to your car through all sorts of weather and car washes, etc. Very strong. (Get it straight the first time, when applying to your cup!)

That's a decent shot. We've not had good luck moving the LMOs without back references, though. We'll see what they say!

Here's the one I use. Small, portable, doesn't take a lot of room to store at home. $25, and there's a 5% off coupon.

How would I go about contacting Jim to see how much his would be and if he could make it to 501sr specs including correct collar?
I believe he's on Facebook (www.facebook.com/jim.tripon) and Instagram (jimmiroquai), as his main contact points. He doesn't have a website or an Etsy shop or anything like that.

Keep Trooping (previously Imperial boots) are also worth looking at.
Not to go off topic, but what are the issues with Jim's?
I think KeepTrooping only sells a three costume set, and don't do individual parts, which would make it pretty expensive for someone looking to keep costs to a bare minimum. But yes, they DO make them (I actually intended to mention them briefly as well, so thanks for the reminder).
For Jim's costumes, the biggest single issue is the collar, which is just too tall. Two inches is the MAX permitted under the CRL, and not appropriate for most. And a number of actually shipped costumes have measured OVER 2", which is even worse. (and outside of CRL compliance... and those are not easy to fix after the fact)
I have some other nits to pick, but I don't want to *over* bash his uniforms, which overall are quite decent, especially for the money (and custom sizing!), but the collar thing is really annoying because it's instantly spottable in every photo.

I was surprised to see that you're right, none of the usual Cosplay shops seem to offer them in white anymore. There are a few Halloween-grade ones (none of which have remotely approvable construction) but nothing to the level of the CosplaySky-esque versions.
Unfortunately (or fortunately?) your least expensive option may be WampaWear, at this point (which is MUCH higher quality than CosplaySky-level tunics), or you could also look at Jim Tripon's Andor versions, although they have some issues of their own. Jim's have the advantage of being custom made to your size, which is a serious benefit for many (especially the ladies, since WampaWear has not yet finalized their female costumes). (I'd recommend asking for a shorter neck, for Jim's)
Is the green / olive Imperial Officer costume from Denuo Novo is approved by the 501st legion?

It looks fine based on the two views presented, but I can't say for sure without seeing the back and inside.
