  1. In my opinion, I think your uniform looks great. I got my Tarkin approved with a CS uniform, and your collar isn't bad. Personally, I like to see the white shirt cuffs stick out a bit, but that's minor.

  2. See, I thought they were part of the Stormtrooper Corp., which is why I thought, if they had any dress uniform, it would be the Staff officer (which is the Stormtrooper branch).

Ultimately, it doesnt really matter. I always encourage my hard armored Garrison mates to get an officer (any officer) so they can kit down into something more comfortable. I say, whichever officer you like, build/wear that.

  3. Hello Pedro,

I have now reviewed your submission for an Executor promotion for your Imperial Warrant Officer.

Overall, I think you have a great looking uniform, as always. However, before I can promote you, your trousers are just a little too wrinkled and seem to be bunching up. Id recommend giving the uniform a good ironing/steaming to try and get those wrinkles out. Once thats done, full body pics, front, back and both sides, would be appreciated.

Good luck!! As always, if you have any questions or concerns, feel free to ask me.

    Cheers,

  4. Hello Enrique,

I have now reviewed your submission for an Executor promotion for your Imperial Staff Officer.

You look great as an Imperial officer. Its always great to see someone really enjoying and getting into the role. However, before I can promote you to Executor, there are a few things that need to be addressed first:

    • The construction of your hat does not seem right, or its not fitted to you properly. The flaps should look symmetric, but yours dont. Just as an example of how it should look, Ive posted a side picture of myself. Your hat may need to be replaced or refitted.
    • The belt boxes you've provided are incorrect. They have rounded corners, whereas the appropriate belt boxes should have square boxes. These would need to be replaced with appropriate ones. Ive provided the CRL pic of the appropriate belt boxes for your reference
    • The blaster you've provided is incorrect. Your blaster is a DL-44 (Han Solo's blaster), but for an Imperial officer, the appropriate ones are either a MerrSonn Power5 or DH-17 (pictures can be seen on the CRL)

Those are the three big things. If you continue with this submission, additional photos will need to be provided:

    • Could you please provide a back picture of your tunic showing that there is a circumference seam
    • Could you please provide a top-down photo of your belt buckle showing that there is a slight horizontal curve
    • Just a note: The construction of your rank bars seems to be incorrect. They look to be made from push buttons, but are missing the inner cream/white part. This will not effect your Executor submission, but will not pass higher levels (Imperator).

With a little bit more work, replacing some pieces, we can move forward with this submission. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to ask me. Good luck!!

  5. Hello Santos,

Thank you for your submission. However, we will require you to format the thread/post to conform with our standards. Please review these two threads:

We will also be requiring pictures of you front, back and both sides, as well as for all your individual parts. I encourage you to look at previously Cleared Executor submissions to see what's expected. You can do so here:

    http://www.imperialofficer.com/forum/index.php?/forum/104-cleared-executors/

Once you've reformatted this thread, we can revisit this submission. Thank you again. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to ask me. Good luck!!

    Cheers,

  6. Hello Enrique,

I've now reviewed your submission for an Executor promotion for your Staff Officer.

Overall, I think you have a great looking uniform. You definitely own the part. However, before we can proceed with this submission, you will first need to request IOC Member status here:

Also, I will be needing individual pictures for each of the pieces. These pieces will need to be out of their wrapping/container and clearly show the necessary requirements. I would encourage you to take a look at some previously cleared submissions to get an idea of how to organize your post. See here:

    http://www.imperialofficer.com/forum/index.php?/forum/104-cleared-executors/

After you've received your IOC Member status and uploaded new photos of your pieces, I will take a look at this submission again. If you have any questions or concerns, please ask me. Good luck!!

    Cheers,

  7. Hello Dana,

I have now reviewed your submission for an Executor promotion for your Grand Moff Tarkin uniform.

Overall, you have a great looking uniform, and the make up for Tarkin is absolutely on-point. Great work!! However, before I can clear you for your promotion, Id like to request the following:

    • While your overall uniform is great, Id highly recommend ironing/steaming the uniform, as there are too many wrinkles in it for promotion. Also, there appears to be a lot of bunching happening at the top of your boots. If you havent already, Id recommend adding stirrups to your jodhpurs to prevent that. Lastly, the flares are a bit baggy/floppy. Id recommend stiffening the flares a bit with either starch or interfacing to make them stand a bit better. If you've done all this, Id request new full body pics, head to toe, front, back, and side pictures be taken
    • In addition to the modifications outlined above, could you please provide a picture of the modesty panel with 2 eye hooks
    • Please provide a front and back pictures of your tunic showing that there is a circumference seam
    • Please provide a picture of your boots showing that there is no zippper

If the above mentioned modifications/pictures can be provide, I think this will be an easy clearance. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to ask me. Good luck!!

    Cheers,

  8. The 4 blue and 2 red rank bar is a hold over from the pre-HD times. Back then, it was thought that the commander wore that combination, but when HD video came it, it turned out to be 4 blue and 2 amber. The rank can still be used but only for basic

  9. Hello Kalei,

I have now reviewed your submission for an Executor promotion for your R1 ISB Officer.

Overall, I think you have a great looking uniform. I’ve always liked the look of the ISB officers. However, before I can promote you to Executor, there are some things that would need to be improved upon:

    • The image of the front of your tunic does not work. Could you please repost the image so I can see the front of the tunic, most importantly, the circumference seam
    • Could you please provide a top down image of your belt buckle showing that there is a slight horizontal curve to it
    • There is one improvement I’d like to request for your Executor promotion. Your jodhpurs do not have stirrups attached. I’d highly recommend putting those on to prevent the bunching of the pants at the top of the boots. This will result in a much crisper and sharper look that we expect all of our Executor and Imperator officers to achieve
    • Unfortunately, looking at your boots, we feel that they don’t quite fit right. There appears to be significant bunching on the boots (see below) that should not be there. This may require the boots to be replaced or modified to fit better.

The one last thing I’ll mention, which is a weird thing with the current CRL, is that the code disk on your hat has a notch. The Executor requirements clearly state that there should be a notch. However, the Imperator (L3) requirement states “Code disk exactly matches screen-used prop.” If you read right under the Rogue One specific requirements, it mentions that the code disk on the hat should not have a notch. This would be required for an Imperator application, if you chose to pursue this route.

I think if these pics and improvements can be made, we can definitely clear this promotion. If you have any questions or concerns, do not hesitate to ask me. Good luck!!
