Hello Pedro,
Thank you again for providing me with these new photos. Overall, they look great, but an interesting turn of events has actually happened. Since your submission, the CRL for the Imperial Warrant Officer has been updated. The straight-legged, jackboot Version (Version 1) requires a different tunic. This tunic is similar to ANH ISB tunic, whereby the yoke doesnt go up to the shoulder (as yours does) but rather goes straight across from the bottom of the collar, and doesnt have code cylinder pockets.
I see two options here. Either you would need to get a new tunic in the "ANH ISB" style, or you would need to replicate either Version 2 or 3 by getting riding boots and jodhpurs. If you go with the second option, I would recommend making a new thread, stating which Version you are doing in the Thread Title, and I will move this back to the Withdrawn section.
I havent yet come across a situation like this, but its a weird circumstance of the ever evolving CRLs. As always, if you have any questions or concerns, feel free to ask me.
Cheers,

Hello Fellow Officers,
I thought that some of you would be interested to hear that the third book in the new Thrawn Series, titled Thrawn: Treason, has been announced. Check it out here: https://www.starwars.com/news/get-a-first-look-at-timothy-zahns-thrawn-treason-exclusive

That really sucks to hear that the custom boots didn't work out.

What kman said is pretty bang on. I have a WampaWear flightsuit personally. I love it. Its great. And its affordable. But they're almost always sold out, and when they are back in stock, they sell out within hours (literally).
CosplaySky is fine, but you will need to do some minor alterations when you get it to make it approvable. I think you need to move the pockets around so that it matches the CRL. CosplaySky, though, is hit or miss.
Another option is to make one yourself. Its somewhat challenging, but doable if you have the sewing skills.

Thank you very much. Last two things...
Do we just write the color we want or is there a selection? Like what should I write? lol
I don't see the "notes option" for the uniform
The Notes section only pops up when you select Custom Fitted. Tell them exactly what you want. "Make the tunic in (Insert color)"

Where is the "change of color" option on their site? I don't see it anywhere...
https://cosplaysky.com/color-fabric-change-service-for-costume-orders.html
You need to add that to your cart or they wont change the color/fabric, no matter what you ask them in the notes. Its also a good idea to write down what color you want in both the notes for the uniform and in the change of color notes.

Version, NOT Level. There are Levels 1-3 for just about everything about the uniform, but for ISB the HAT has Versions (different movies) but when I read the descriptions all the Versions say the same thing.
-
- Version One may have a notch or no notch on the outermost disk.
- Version Three has no notch.
Hat, Version Two - Fabric is a medium weight black suiting material matching the pants and tunic if applicable.
- Base of the hat is conical, with a crown about 4" (101.6 mm) tall.
- Front and rear "flaps" overlap on the sides and are about 4" (101.6 mm) high.
- Front bill extends 3" down, decorated with 5, 6 or 7 concentric stitches.
-
Imperial Code Disk is positioned in the center of the front vertical flap.
- Version Two may have a notch or no notch on the outermost disk.
OPTIONAL Level two certification (if applicable): - Version Two has the notch detail.
OPTIONAL Level three certification (if applicable): - Code disk exactly matches screen-used prop.
This is the breakdown for the hats for different Versions:
Version 1 = Regular Imperial hat with a code disk with a notch
Version 2 = Optional item, but if present, identical to Version 1
Version 3 = The hat itself is the same as in Version 1, but the code disk does not have a notch
Thats really the only difference between these Versions. The code disk, with or without a notch.

The Version 1 Warrant officer is not the 451 style tunic, but rather a black version of the ANH ISB tunic.
The current Staff Officer (black) is the exact same style as the Line Officer (olive). Although I am not 100% sure, I think that the original intent of the Black Staff officer from ANH was before we truly knew what the tunic looked like (i.e. the 451 uniform), and assumed that it was similar/identical to the Line officers (just as there used to be a grey version of the Line officer before we found out that they were all olive-green). In fact, in the Star Wars Costumes book, the Officer article both states and shows a black uniform that exactly matches the Line Officer uniform, so maybe there were some in the movies. Additionally, from not only the EU, but also R1 and Solo, the standard "Imperial" style tunic in black has been re-canonized, although the ones seen in R1/Solo have a bit more flare in the skirt.

I agree with Stefan. R1 officers don't have a notch on their hat code disks. It's very unlikely that Solo officers would be different. Best to double check though, just in case.

I would agree, contact the GML of your local Garrison and see what he/she has to say about it. If they've encountered this before, then they should have a way forward. Technically when submitting photos for approval, all non-canon items should be taken off, but I don't know specifically about facial piercings.
Also, to clarify a statement made above. The GML is the one who clears basic approval. IOC staff has nothing to do with that process. But, for L2 and L3, that's where we (IOC staff) come in. For higher levels we expect our officers to emulate an on-screen officer, and with that, we typically ask (although we've been hit or miss) that officers try their best, within reason, to look like them too. So, sometimes we ask people to shave their beards.

Hello Jeff,
I have now reviewed your new pictures. Thank you for providing them to me. Unfortunately, my worse fears have been confirmed. Indeed, your tunic is too short. In the pic below, the jacket should be covering this pocket and most of your behind. The jacket doesnt. Unfortunately, because of this, I am unable to clear your Imperial Staff Officer uniform for an Executor promotion, unless you replace the jacket.
Sorry about the bad news. If you decide to replace the jacket and continue this application, you may submit new photos in this thread (and better yet, use the @ symbol to tag one of the DOs)
Cheers,

Yes. What Bobby said. If you are interested in doing ANH ISB, either Version 1 or 2, you can get the uniform from Cosplaysky and it should be good enough for at least basic. If you get the uniform custom fitted, and give them pics, you can request that they put in the dart, princess seams and circumference seam for higher level approval (that's what I did). If you want R1 ISB, which is Version 3, then you'll need to buy their Deluxe uniform and add to your cart the change of color item to change the tunic to white.

Hello Jeff,
I have now had time to properly review your submission for an Executor promotion for your Imperial Staff Officer.
I had some concerns about the length of your tunic. In the picture you posted above, it appears as though the jacket length is a bit too short. I am not 100% sure if this is correct, or it may be due to the classic jumbo flares of CosplaySky throwing our perceptions off. Either way, we would like to request that you fully kit up and take new full photos, front, back, and both sides, be taken. Please ensure that sufficient lighting is available. This would be to assess the overall look of the uniform. My recommendation would be before taking the photos, iron/steam the uniform to get rid of any wrinkles, and if you havent already, add stirrups to your jodhpurs.
If you have any questions of concerns, feel free to ask me.
Cheers,

Request Acknowledged
Just an FYI, it may take me a couple of days to get around to looking at this. However, a very quick glance and I can tell you that I will need a top-down picture of your belt buckle showing it has a curve, and full photos front, back, and both sides. I will review the pictures more closely when I have time
Thank you for your patience

I'm not too worried about that too much. I think it would be rare for a Transport Security officer to be out by herself and whatnot. Usually they would be flanked by other SW characters which should make it obvious that they are connected.

I bought mine from Walt's Trooper Factory, just as another option

As far as I am aware, there is no talk about the OG BF2 officer, but there is one about the new BF2 game
The biggest thing would be if there are enough good references, from all angles.
