The Version 1 Warrant officer is not the 451 style tunic, but rather a black version of the ANH ISB tunic. 
 
The current Staff Officer (black) is the exact same style as the Line Officer (olive). Although I am not 100% sure, I think that the original intent of the Black Staff officer from ANH was before we truly knew what the tunic looked like (i.e. the 451 uniform), and assumed that it was similar/identical to the Line officers (just as there used to be a grey version of the Line officer before we found out that they were all olive-green). In fact, in the Star Wars Costumes book, the Officer article both states and shows a black uniform that exactly matches the Line Officer uniform, so maybe there were some in the movies. Additionally, from not only the EU, but also R1 and Solo, the standard "Imperial" style tunic in black has been re-canonized, although the ones seen in R1/Solo have a bit more flare in the skirt. 

One potential problem with this costume is the low graphics makes it difficult to interpret what the game designers had in mind for this officer.

Just an update on this so no one thinks I abandoned the project:
 
I've finally got the armor in hand, it's assembled and just needs a third touch up coat of paint, and to be weathered.
 
Once I can get Tapatalk to work again (which has been down), i'll get some photos posted of the completed armor.
 
Still waiting on my Trench Coat. which will finish off my kit.
 
I'm going to be out of town after the Thanksgiving Holiday for about 3 weeks, so unless the coat comes before I leave, I won't be able to submit my final full photos for this new CRL till Mid-December

Yes. What Bobby said. If you are interested in doing ANH ISB, either Version 1 or 2, you can get the uniform from Cosplaysky and it should be good enough for at least basic. If you get the uniform custom fitted, and give them pics, you can request that they put in the dart, princess seams and circumference seam for higher level approval (that's what I did). If you want R1 ISB, which is Version 3, then you'll need to buy their Deluxe uniform and add to your cart the change of color item to change the tunic to white.

Just an FYI, it may take me a couple of days to get around to looking at this. However, a very quick glance and I can tell you that I will need a top-down picture of your belt buckle showing it has a curve, and full photos front, back, and both sides. I will review the pictures more closely when I have time

I had the great pleasure to troop with Antje and her uniform for two days and it was absolutely no problem. I don't think you would dress up like this to go shopping, you will always have other troopers around you.
I still think they they've gone a step to far when they created the uniform, because it looks very much like a "Bund deutscher Mädel" uniform, but it's Star Wars, not the third Reich, so I like it very much.

Thanks for the info! I was heavily into Star Wars Legends (my first Star Wars book was Heir to the Empire by Timothy Zahn which got me hooked on Star Wars.) so it is taking me some time to get used to the new Canon. I will try to get up to speed as quickly as possible. Thanks to everyone who took the time to reply to my question!

In the current canon, Tagge was the first Grand General after the Battle of Yavin. There was another person, Kenner Loring, that was also given this rank. There were also some Grand Generals in the Legends lore (such as Malcor Brashin).

Just be careful with those frames.
If you like to engage in political debates or jokes in poor taste (as I do) you may want to avoid a frame that associates your views with those of the Legion.
 

Just to inform you, I am going to move this submission to the Withdrawn section. However, if you ever want to continue with this submission, feel free to post here your new pics (and also tag one of the Deployment officers using the @ symbol) 

Well I'm late to the party it seems. I like the idea of having the different version tabs within each costume (Staff, Line) and make it easier when someone new is looking at the CRL trying to figure out which costume to start with. This way all of the options for that costume is in one area.
 
I do have to say I like having the straight legged option available and especially with the Chelsea boots, which will make it easier for new members to join the legion. I know that there's been more then a few times that people have had issues finding riding boots that fit them or out of their price range, preventing them from joining the Legion. We all know that you can't just stop at one costume...lol.

You may also look into reaching out to the members of the Ladies of the Legion. They may have some tips and tricks for getting an officer uniform to fit a female figure better. Good luck!!

I will say that when I've trooped in my Science Officer, I've got alot of comments from other members along the lines of "Hey, did you forget your boots?". So that's a good point. But in all honesty, I actually feel better and think Im sharper looking in my Science officer. So, really it depends.
 
Any "sloppiness" is mainly a GML and costumer problem.
