Hello, all!

 

I have been lurking for a while to try and make sure that what I assembled for Pryce started strong, knowing I would need to tweak many things to even come close to approval. 

 

Uniform is Cosplay Sky deluxe in Grey.  I intend to taper the legs over calf (SO oversized on me, but not seen because of boots being the great equalizer).  I WANT to taper the elephant ears to match her slight flare in the series . . .but before i did that, wanted to confirm that wouldn't discount me from possible approval.  I am not a seamstress, and am also curvy, so I didn't want to replace the princess seaming with the single back seam.  Would NOT taking that step still allow me to get level one approval?

 

Boots, I think, need replacing.  They are faux leather with a back zipper.  Boots should not have any zips for any level of approval, yes? (I promise, I have looked in the forums, but I saw threads implying level one COULD have zippers . . .combined with princess seams keeping me either out or lowest approval option, I thought I would confirm.

 

Gloves need replacing, these were doofers.

 

Belt, Tiggwolf ANH style.  I know there are now Rebel options out there.  Would change if needed/available

I have been very inspired by the other ladies building and succeeding in creating this character, and got great feedback at SWCO this past weekend, including some 501st who asked me if I was approved . . . So, thank you all!  If I'm on the right track, I'll keep going . . . and try to slender up a bit more for her. If I'm completely off the mark, I might just concede approval defeat and keep her for basic cosplay (because she's awesome).  Thank you for any input and constructive criticism.
