To your second question, no I'm afraid you can not use the Inspector General Rank for ANH ISB Officer.

You have to buy the Deluxe Imperial officer uniform, and also add to cart Change of Color option so that you can change the tunic to white (the jodhpurs are already black). The R1 and ANH ISB officer tunics are different, so you cant interchange them. Be careful with Cosplaysky, you have to be very specific in your instructions. There are lots of threads on the forum on exactly what info you need to tell them to get your costume right.
