Cape collar definitely should be fixed. I think the tunic is a little short, but I'm not sure. Cape collar should have 6 parallel single stitches evenly space  - I can't see it on this photo. And, at last, jodpuhrs should be more triangular.

 

Belt: I don't see a snap on the right and I'm not sure that the buckle has a slight horizontal curve.

 

If you can, send us more pictures, especially back of the cape.

Yes, it is, but only photos. I remember that it was with text, entire article about Krennics capes.

I'm looking for an article from Los Angeles Times "Everything you need to know about 'Rogue One's' new 'Star Wars' space cape" (pdf, screenshots etc.). Publisher didn't answer to my email

If I may... I think a line with optional configuration is very good idea. We should consider that Isard is from EU and EU has different rights than new Canon (especially that Isard have different color of uniform than others officers). And we have a mess with ranks, so... Both options are good.

And maybe good idea is to check how Armand Isard wear his rankbar (he was also the Director) and compare them?

This is photo from Kapitularz Convention in Łódź. We had quiz about Star Wars and it was final round. We had to hit plastic cup when we knew the answer.

I think not, because Krennic's pants are more triangular. Try to find tips in The Sewing Room section - there you will find many topics about Krennic costume.

And I think pants are simpler than you think (tunic and cape are more complicate).

As Sean said, for boots you can find riding boots and they're very good. Try to find leather boots - they're more comfortable.
