Hey guys I found this template and it’s the only one I can seem to find. Some of the measurements aren’t there though. I’m making this for a GA cadet but want to make as good as possible. Any leads on a better pattern perhaps ?

If that residue is E6000 just take a pin and you will be able to remove it easy
I'll use a toothpick so I don't scratch the aluminum. When I built my TK armor I used scrap ABS also so I didn't scratch the armor.

So CRL states 1/4" gap between the rank bars. What about the ends 1/4" there also ? I'm doing a lieutenant so I know that's 4 blue. 1" high by 3.5" long. If 1/4" on ends also right ?

I have a ton of .08 x 1" aluminum laying around. This is for a GA outfit so it dont have to be precise but .125 is easy enough to get as well.

Can someone point me in the direction of where to buy the buttons at(blue and red). Plus if there is a tutorial on how to make I'd appreciate that also. I work in a metal fan shop and the back should be no sweat. Thanks in advance
