I applied recently. And I started collecting two years ago, so I have some Cards. I think you are allowed to trade Cards, but not other Merchandise, right?

Yes, RO isn't EU, and will probably get it's own section within the OT. Right now, it was just placed somewhere so people didn't have to look all over. The IOC is growing so rapidly in both members, and costumes, it isn't always easy to initially place things in a spot where they make the most sense. Not to mention that when this site was made, there was only the OT, the Prequels, and the EU which was where everything else was placed.
