I pick up my boots Saturday from the cobbler. Due to a medical condition I have that causes my legs to swell he had to cut a wedge in both sides to add extra leather so I can get the boots on I'm hoping there won't be a problem getting approved

I decided to go a easier way i am going to have the cobbler add more leather to the boots hopefully i can still get them approved

The elastic that he is going to put in is black said you shouldn't be able to see it

I bought a pair of the knee high boots from soviet boots I had the calves stretched as much as possible still can't get them past my calves he wants to put elastic on the inside up towards the top  it will be black is that still ok
