[Pocket placement/collar help for General Hux's Uniform]

I am trying to put together General Hux's uniform. One of the issues I am struggling with is the placement of the pockets. When I build the uniform the pockets are where they should be. Yet, when I wear it they tend to shift further toward the back. So it looks like they're on the back side instead of the front side.  I'm at a loos of how to fix this. I don't know if I need to adjust the panels to the tunic or not?

 

The other issue I'm having is the collar. If anyone can point me to a tutorial for making this collar it would be greatly appreciated. I'm either making it too big, too short, or it's not firm enough let alone I can't get it to close properly.

I am looking for an advisor in the Delaware area. I am in need of critique for my First Order Uniform. I was trying to join as General Hux, but had been advised to try to start off as a First Order officer.  I feel I'm at a state now that I need hard critique. I had been working on this uniform for a long time now and it's gone through four revisions. Please, I can use some advice.

I'm looking to join as General Hux. I'm located in Delaware and I'm looking for an advisor that's familiar with the costume, who can help me. I don't care if the advisor is not located in Delaware.  I've received some critique in the past that has helped me get to where I'm at now. I still don't feel it's at the stage it needs to be at to be judged. I've taken a break and I'm ready to reproach the costume and could use some more feed back.

Hello, I am looking for an advisor for General Hux. My name is Allison. I'm at a point where I need some serious critique (the good and the bad) before I go and send in my costume work. I live in Delaware.  I don't mind if the advisor is not from my state. 

 

I've had some recent critique that helped me get to where I'm at now. I took a break from the costume to be able to start on this again with some fresh view.
