Phew, I'm so glad you agree for basic approval, because I've basically created the yoke as one piece, with the cape itself as 4 panels attached (2 sides, 2 back) and the rest of the "panels" top stitched.

I'm just not seeing panel 4 and 11 anywhere in costume pictures. Should 7 be one piece?

 

 

Yeah, I don't quite get that either. 4 and 11 should all be part of 7. When I made my yoke, it was all just one piece (not including the collar of course) and I just added top stitching to indicate that line across the yoke from shoulder to shoulder.
