Maybe, maybe not about the mole hills. I don't know...that's why I'm here.
Granted they're so small, and not really visible except in extreme close up pics like these.

Just scrolled through the thread again, and it's interesting to note that DaddySolo's tunic also has the top stitching on the left side near the eyelets, the same as mine.

Just to be clear, by hooks do you mean the parts on the left or right side (as shown in the pic, not as worn)?
EDITED TO ADD: Unfortunately, the top stitching is how it arrived from Magnoli.

Picked up my uniform at the cleaners. Here's a pic of the collar closed:

Uniform is at the cleaners getting pressed. I'll post up pics next week when I have it back. Probably start a build thread for it.

Hmmmm. It was my belief (based on the link to the older thread I posted) that they were positioned incorrectly. Perhaps I misunderstood.

Well, it appears my search went better after posting rather than before.
It looks like Magnoli has not adjusted the placement of the hooks on the right collar based on this thread from 2+ years ago.
I'm taking the uniform to the cleaners to get pressed, and I'll see if they can move the hooks back a little behind the right collar.

Just received my Magnoli Line Officer uniform yesterday, and they did a great job. Only question I have is regarding the collar closure. Do I need to do anything specific with this? Or is this correct? I'm a bit confused after reading a number of other posts, and between the manufacturer differences.

I apologize for asking so many questions. It seems the more I read as I plan my Line Officer, they just kind of pop into my head. Also, not entirely sure if this is the appropriate section, so forgive me if I've erred.
Anyway, 2 questions regarding the tunic:
1) The CRL says that the dart in the front is about 2". Has that measurement been confirmed? I have to assume it has, but in rewatching ESB and RotJ, 2" seems like it would be too short. Maybe my eyes are just playing tricks on me?
2) Regarding Magnoli's uniforms, does he include the front dart now, as well as the additional darts in the tunic? And has the collar hook issue been sorted out on his end?
Ok...maybe it was technically more than 2 questions.

FYI...I just measured my stock size 10 Hessen, and inside measurement is 15.5".
They fit me, but may need to get them stretched when my uniform comes in. We'll see what happens.

Another pair I found would be these. The cuff detail isn't the same, but have the slit at the side of the wrist instead of the heel of the palm.
I think these are the better option...but would appreciate the opinions of others.

Would these gloves work for RotJ Line Officer? Ultimate goal is L3. They have a snap closure on the inner wrist, which would most likely be hidden by the tunic cuffs.
I like the short police type gloves, and will probably wear them for trooping, but the RotJ gloves were a bit longer, and shooting for L3, obviously accuracy matters.

CS has not fixed their jodhpurs as far as I know. And it seems like they might never. I wouldn't worry about it too much. If you take the uniform into the tailors, you can get them to decrease the size of the flares a little bit. Otherwise, starch the flares and leave it.

Thanks to everyone who has responded with advice. I appreciate it.
I've placed orders for several items already, and contacted some for other items.
My only concern, at this point, remains CS...but I'm going to do detailed measurements based on recommendations that have been made in other threads, and order the custom uniform.
One last (hopefully) question...has CS fixed the flares on their jodhpurs at all?

Hey all,
Toying with the idea (still not 100% on whether I'm going to or not) of putting a Line Officer uniform together, and a couple of questions come to mind. After reading many of the CS threads (instructions and reviews) I'm wondering the following:
1) Would it it be easier to buy an off the rack size and work from there? Seems that the custom tailored can be hit or miss from them.
2) The CS olive uniform looks like they've made the adjustments requested and made them standard (darts, top stitching, modesty panel) etc. Is that assumption correct? I see 2 ordering options for the black, but only 1 for the olive.
3) Boots: Debating between Hessen and Todd's. Todd's stuff has come a long way since he first started Indiana Jones stuff years ago, but I'm always concerned about ordering footwear online. Doubly so when the shaft circumference might be an issue. Any thoughts either way? Price difference isn't huge.

I got these...and I know some of the Krennics here also got them. Shipping was about 2 weeks to the US.
