    I get where you're coming from, I think it is a difficult one as there are at least 11 versions of the cape from the film that I know of, however I went with the most common and based on the one on display at celebration London. Which seems to have followed through with the CRL

    Thanks for responding bud! Yes mine was sewn flush as well, I'm just saying that I dont think it should be a mandatory thing for approval or the CRL as ive seen enough evidence that not all of them are flush. Many of those reference shots has the collar slightly taller.  Btw your build heavily inspired me. Thanks:)

    Have a look at my WIP, it has loads of reference shots, plus lots of my final build
     
     
     
    Should give you a pretty good idea of what the CRL is referring to.
     
    I appreciate that yes there are lots of builds out there that show it not flush, but on Ben's costume it is mainly flush and I have tried to replicate that.

    I have a magnoli. It's really well made, even though they made an error with cylinder pockets they put a lot of effort into it. The lining is crazy comfortable

    Id agree with Jeff. Honestly, if you're willing to pay that price but you're not willing to wait for Anovos, I'd recommend going with Magnoli Clothier. Otherwise, like Jeff said, Cosplaysky is a pretty good place to get just the tunic and jodhpurs on a budget. You'd need to get a few minor things changed though, specifically the placement of the code cylinder pockets.
