I saw someone at SWC in Orlando dressed as a Tei'lek Imperial Officer. Her costume was very well done and she looked awesome.

[Imperial Officer Boots]

I've been searching for the right boots for months. It seems that they are hard to come by at any price. Contemporary boots all have either zippers, elastic panels, decoration or some combination thereof. My boots have an internal zipper which is hardly visible but they worked to basic approval. I'm still searching for THE boots though.
