I agree with everything Sean and Jeff said, overall it looks quite good. As for the collar, I've heard it can be quite tricky to fix this. If it was a custom made uniform I would definitely call CS and tell them it doesn't fit properly, because it looks far to large.
Stirrups are quite easy to add, even I was able to do it without help, I simply used some elastic rubber band with a width of about 1,5/2cm and sewed it on the end of the trousers like this:
They are not professional but no one ever sees them and they work perfectly.
