  1. Hello

i am helping my friend (female) with getting an Imperial Security Services Officer (non saga) to be approved. We custom ordered from Whimsy Cosplay on Etsy. The uniform had all the requirements but GML said no because the collar was too loose and the bottom of the tunic was too snug. Sent it back to Whimsy COs-lay and they sent back a completely different tunic that did not have all the details that the first one did.
‘GML suggested we try CosSky so we did. They no longer offer custom sizing so we had to go with the smallest in stock which was Medium. That fit way worse than the one from Whimsy.
Meanwhile, the replacement was sent back to Whimsy and they are remaking it again. So here we are with just the tunic that isn’t fitting right and a giant headache of frustration.
Why is it so difficult to get a women’s uniform that fits? Any other ladies have issues?  We don’t have the budget or time for Magnolia Clothiers and we are afraid to order from WampaWear Wear as the small could be too big still.
    advice please.

  2. Sorry to keep posting here but I haven't gotten access to the Jolly Roger forums yet, and I searched the topics here and couldn't find a good answer....

I got my belt from WampaWear today, and I noticed two things, first, there is a "loop" where you would normally tuck the end of the belt once it's through the buckle. Two, there are no holes for the buckle for fitting (I get this one...fit it yourself, basically.)

But, I'm pretty sure the CRL for the 181st dress uni stated "no loops on the belt". So....how am I best going to fit this and fasten it.

    Thanks for the help!

Oh yes. Definitely. The "belt and buckle" that it came with was garbage. You definitely need to get an approved belt elsewhere. Lots of places sell belts though. TiggWolf and WampaWear both sell full belts or just the buckle. PhiloProps also sells belt buckles.

another question: Are these boots acceptable?

  4. Hi, I've been following this topic and decided to pull the trigger to get this for myself (assuming it is not for males only, probably should have checked first LOL). I used the OP's suggestions for ordering and hopefully mine will turn out as nice. I included detailed measurements for more custom fit.

  5. Hello,

I am considering an IO but before I pull the trigger, I need to make sure that I can find boots that will fit my 18 inch calves. I do NOT have the money to purchase boots that are hundreds of dollars, but I did find the following link on Ebay for custom made boots (faux leather) for a reasonable price.  There is an option for an instep zipper, which is ok from what I read on the CRL. Would these be acceptable for basic approval? Thank you for your help
