    I found push button that have similar size with EOA type 01-901.X push button. 
    Manufacturer: PNC 
    Marking on component:
    PNC EB2A (LAS1)

    Ui=220V Ith=3A
    Data sheet: Here (refer to page 15)
    Height cover : 22.8mm
    Width cover : 18mm
    Height lens only: 21mm
    Width lens only: 15mm
    The local electronic component shop only sells it as assembly. No lens only purchase option available. Lens inner part have different shape from EOA brand.

    Lens part and holder is easy to remove by hand.

    White holder is made of plastic. 

    Colors available are RED, BLUE, GREEN and AMBER

    So far I yet to found any shop that sells it online.

    Cosplaysky is definitely a good place to get an affordable uniform. Granted, almost no matter what, small alterations may be required, there's just no getting around that. Take a look at this thread regarding Cosplaysky before you place an order, especially with the ISB uniform
