Going to review my costs, guys (I have to get the mic tips custom printed now, and don't have a cost on that yet) but believe it or not, the paint costs more than the components! Although the paint does go further than one pair of headsets...… ;)
 

Agreed with above. Looks great but too pricey for me, 40 pound is $80 without even factoring in shipping

Get an idea on what's being looked at to be updated and see if additional help is needed anywhere to make things happen.

Keep in mind that costumes worn by Disney employees are designed with comfort and durability in mind, they shouldn't be considered candidates for a CRL.

Along with the other experienced advice that you’ve received I’m going to add this:

If this is your first 501st costume, stay away from eBay altogether. Your best advice comes from this detachment, and yeah, boots are the absolute worst pain in the butt with fitting issues. But it’s better than you laying out money for a product you are going to have to replace within the first couple of months (that’s assuming you get approved with them)

The best advice I can give anyone is never go cheap on boots, your feet and legs will thank you for it.
