    Rebels' Era Grand Admiral Trawn CRL discussion (inc generic Grand Admiral)

    For the sake of discussion, Thrawn receives his commission as admiral in Zahns recent book from a grand admiral I'm pretty sure. Then when he is promoted promoted to GA cmhe then receives command of the 7th Fleet, this is backed by the Rebels series. The fact thats it numbered the 7th Fleet not designating him as commander of the navy implies there are puget admirals commanding other fleets in the Empire navy which is also backed by the EU. Im imagining that regardless of implications though visual evidence is necessary. I don't mean to sound like I'm butting heads or argue just merely discussing. Im going to give the impression a shot to likely be told no lol in which case I will proceed to blue myself lol. :-D

    I literally thought the same thing! Lol I feel the animation can only do so much to replicate the natural aesthetic of the shape and look of an ankle in a boot, but given there is a lvl 3 option on the CRL I couldn't help but humor my self in trying to work it lol.

    Nice! I know exactly who your talking about! Though I'm kind of interested I'm tackling a lvl 3, looking at the  CRL for both thrawn and Kallus, If I got a cobbler to make essentially a tall leather gaiter that could sit on top of the ankle boot, would that have a good chance of approval?

    I'm considering doing a Rebels Grand Admiral Thrawn impression and after looking at the CRL was wondering if a military haircut would be a problem? I have long enough hair on the crown but short on the sides due to army requirements. Would this be a problem?

    I suppose others may interpret thrawn character differently which naturally is going to be the primary issue with this logic but out of all the sources that tell us about who Thrawn is he definitely isn't one to wear a non military issue uniform nor wear a uniform that is personalized(outside of military regulations). That being said I understand that unfortunately is ultimately just a matter of opionion given there isn't anything the directly states this about him and there lies the rub.

    Considering Thrawns character and the fact that this is a military organization uniform, Im confused how it isn't implied there aren't other grand admirals and that he would wear a military uniform outside of military regulations(personalized)? There are many other fleets and Grand admirals head them all up. In the Heir To The Empire series the reaction to the realization of a grand admiral still around is like, "oh shoot, we missed one?!" I know talking about EU but Rebels doesn't rewrite the Empires military organization plus in the recently released book "Thrawn" if I remember correctly he interacts with other GAs as he takes command of the 7th Fleet. That alone implies there are many others given typically they command a fleet and the Empire has many.
