For anyone agonizing too much about being a friendly officer, remember Rogue One gave us officers on Jedha who smiled, faffed about with their friends, and even played dice if I remember it right. Also, the  first Solo teaser gave us this friendly fellow.

I have now reviewed your request for an Executor promotion for your Staff Officer.
 
Overall, I think you have a sharp looking uniform. However, before I can clear your uniform, I would like to request the following:
Could you please provide a picture of the modesty panel, showing that it contains 2 eye hooks Could you please provide a picture of the front of the tunic, showing that there is a circumference seam Most importantly. Your uniform, although impressively made, is a bit too wrinkled for my liking for an Executor promotion. I would highly recommend giving the uniform a good ironing/steaming to try and remove as many of the wrinkles as possible Your jodhpurs are quite good, I especially like the flares. However, there is quite a bit of bunching at the top of the boots. If you haven't already, I would highly recommend adding stirrups to your jodhpurs to prevent this bunching.  If you could provide the requested photos above, along with new front, back and both side pictures with your newly ironed/steamed uniform, that would be most appreciated.

Those boots look very approvable. The first pair I bought were like those from Amazon.

I think you have to remember that it is not you but the character, you can be 'aggressive' with troopers but friendly with the crowd.  I do medieval reenactment and the public love some theatre, but they like you to be a friendly person when you are interacting with the public.  I personally love when people stay in character when explaining stuff.

I agree with Sal. That hat is definitely no good.
 
If you're looking for a black hat, Id recommend MolliMakes. She (MKate21) has a sales thread here on the forum. You should get in touch with her and see about getting a hat. Otherwise, WampaWear also sells good black hats.

Avoid it. Besides the code disk not being the right one the front top fold is complete wrong and to long.
