But seriously, that's a good question. I'm, not sure why those too are showing to be the same thing in Glyn Dillon's chart. Despite contradicting itself, it's still considered correct, since it's coming straight off his chart he made for Rogue One.

Staff officer(black) if I want a Colonel rank Bar ( I am way too young to be General) it is the same as the General one ? 6 blue ?
