Dont currently have a set budget for this, because I don’t know how much this will cost as, again, I’ve never done something like this before. But I imagine that if I ask for someone to make it, that it will cost over $100. I am located in Seal Beach, CA.

I'm new to this, but want to know what I need to make a Thrawn costume (From Rebels) , and how to do it? I'm not good at sewing, so I also wanted to know if there was someone/someplace I could contact in order to get help.
