   My name is JW West and I am absolutely thrilled to report that I have, what I believe to be a complete Imperial Staff Officer (black) uniform complete. I have used all the resources available on this site and I have to say  that they have been nothing short of outstanding. I am ready to submit my photos, be approved, and start my trooping journey. However, I am a little sketchy on the fine details.

      I am respectfully requesting a one on one advisor that can guide me through the final steps. From photo procedures to Garrison contact and so on. Any help that one of you could give me would be awesome. Please just leave me a message and I shall coordinate with you shortly. Thank you gain for all you guys/gals do for us out there.

     I want to start off by saying thank you to all that have posted resources for individuals like me, who are just getting started. I have found that each resource that I have been pointed towards has been spot on. 

    I have my entire staff officer uniform put together. I am just waiting for my cylinders to arrive and it will be the final piece to my uniform. 

    I set a goal out to become a member of the 501st before I set out for Celebration in Chicago. Now it looks like that goal is within reach. 

     I am going to submit my application and photos as soon as humanly possible. I cannot wait to join the ranks. Cheers!!!

  I am asking a small favor from a 501st member. Would you be willing to check out 20EyesDesigns on Etsy and let me know what you think of their Imperial Officer hats? Any input or recommendations would be great before I invest. Thank you in advance.

[Who is going, what days, and staying where?]

Just a few pointers for your first time. Comfortable shoes, bring a lunch because convention food is expensive and usually not very good. Lastly, they put out a schedule for each day. Look at it, formulate a plan and stick to it. The main convention floor will all be vendors. Definitely set aside some time to shop. 

My first celebration was extremely overwhelming the first day. I had to step outside and take a breather. Remember to have fun. I hope this helps.

I’ll be going all five days. Coming in the day before and departing the day after. This will be my 4th celebration. My goal this year will be to attend as many photo ops with my heroes as possible. I have autographs, but I never got to meet any of them. I’m super pumped. I’m also taking my nephew who has never experienced a celebration. He’s in for a ln adventure.
