[Cosplaysky issues/questions]

Regarding cosplayskys imperial officers hat, has anybody attempted to disassemble one from them and reassemble it.  It looks as though the angles of the individual panels are off and it is not tapered.  Has anybody seen one in person themselves ? I am thinking it would be easier to put together a correct hat using the panels from cosplayskys hat instead of starting from scratch ?

Forgive me if its been asked here before, I couldn't sources for an approval officer belt.  Is it true that belt must not display additional unused holes which would make the Anovos belt unapprovable ?
