[Hessen boots]

I've seen some posts about Hessen boots for the OT Imperial Line Officer (olive drab uni).  A couple of questions:

 

1.  Their site says they run a bit large on the US shoe/boot measurement.  I normally wear an 11.5 USA shoe, but need a wide size toe.  Hessen only has full sizes.  I am thinking I should go with their size 12.  Even if it ran big, I think I'd rather have the oversized one for my wide feet.  Thoughts?

 

2.  For a level three in the CRL, it says they must be exact replicas of the English style riding/Equestrian boots.  I am not concerned about being level three, but I would still want to be able to switch to Tarkin if I ever decide to grow my hair out.  It appears from the OT Line Officer and Tarkin CRLs that these Hessen Riding boots would be acceptable.  Am I correct?

Thanks, fellas!  Yes, I am hoping my looks are more about his high cheekbones (which one person at the Con noted) rather than the grayed, hollow cheeks    My hair is more gray in the back, but another few years of teaching ought to gray out the front

I was originally thinking of doing an Imperial Line Officer from the Original Trilogy.  However, while trooping without my TK bucket on at a Con recently, someone told me I looked a lot like Tarkin (hopefully, not because of my age - I am only 47!)  Are the Tarkin and Imperial Line Officer outer uniform interchangeable, with the only difference being the rank bars, undershirt, and lack of gloves?  I would need a while to let my hair grow out, and let it gray a little more, to physically look like him without a wig.  Thanks.
