[Shipping time from Italy?]

I ordered my code cylinders from Philo. As far as shipping went I do not recall any major issues, but I ordered mid November of last year during the holidays (bit of a mistake on my part) and before Covid. As a result, I did see some lag time, plus every postal system works differently in how they prioritize mail sorting I'm assuming.

 

If I recall, the biggest point of irritation for me was that it spent about three weeks sitting at customs in New York.

So, between the current COVID situation and some other expenses, I've needed to put acquiring my belt, boots, and uniform on hold, but its given me some time to think about goals with joining the 501st.

 

I've always been interested in doing good where I can. I used to volunteer often, worked for three nonprofits in the last seven years, including my current employer, but I wanted to step it up a notch, and tie it into somwthing I really love, so I started looking into the different Star Wars organizations before beginning my journey to join the 501st.

 

But now I am thinking bigger, and I am curious, how feasible is it to troop with other 501st units around the globe? Is that something that would be doable after joining and working with the 501st?

[Uniforms for a Taller Officer]

So, I'm waiting for a response from Imperial boots regarding this, but I have some concerns about the height of the jackets they make, and they also changed their sizing recently to boot.

 

I am 6'4" (1.93 meters) and I am curious abput the proportions of the officer tunic/jacket. Their suggestions are based on some at 6'0", so I am worried about it appearing to be too long or too short, and not being approvable. Has anyone else had this concern before? Is there any advice you can offer?
