I guess not haha! If it was a bright coloured teal/purple wig, I would for sure. 70's guy with sideburns, not so much.

I also interpreted this as a generic Holonet officer as well. Should it be a face character? Would that have a higher success for approval?

Afternoon! I recreated the officer badge in Paint. Does this look more accurate? Just an update on progress, so far I have the vinyl decal, the belt and the boots purchased. I will soon get going on the metal tag once this design is reviewed.

I found this design for the etched badge. It would definitely need most of the details removed to be more simplistic. The outer red ring would have to be removed as well. I'll see if I can fool around in paint to get it cleaned up. 

 

I will try to find more reference photos for the officer. I agree the uniform is more Gray-blue as shown in the official source reference posted by Bukket1138. Most of Kastle's reference photos from the show are him on the Holonet. I can try and comb through Rebels to see if he makes a live appearance.

Hello! I am new to IOC and restarting this thread. I have an approved Darth Revan with Flagship and would like to have an officer for those warmer summer days. 

 

I chose this officer, because I do not consider myself very militant, but I can be quite chatty and.....persuasive *insert evil laugh*. This type of officer seems like a good fit! So far I have purchased the boots: https://www.applesaddlery.com/Cadett-Womens-Boots/-2708811398707118864/Product

 

For the badge, I was thinking of purchasing a metal plate (similar to a Village headband from Naruto, if you are familiar) and etching it. Does that seem appropriate? Also for the badge on the Right sleeve, I was thinking a badge and not embroidery to stick with military tradition of badges. Thoughts? I will post more photos as I move along. 

 

I also attached a reference photo I would like to add to the current reference library above. It looks like two cylinder pockets to me, but only one is used.
