I found two similar-looking briefcases in the <$250 range. Not exactly cheap, but definitely cheaper than a Rimowa!

So, I studied the recently appeared information on wikipedia about episode 12. In the article, in the list of appearances, as well as in the article by Ferrix garrison and in the description of the plot of the series, they are marked as army troopers. Thoughts? However, I expect to see more information in the future.
https://starwars.fandom.com/wiki/Ferrix_garrisonThe Imperial Army wears green/grey, so the folks on Aldhani would be the army troopers. It might be appropriate to call the black-uniformed ones Imperial Security Troopers?

I'm going to respectfully disagree with this. We see tem working directly for the ISB during the torture scenes, bringing the prisoners in and out. They are providing security at the CorpSec officer when they kicked everyone else. This means dedicated ISB security forces to me.I agree. My understanding is that the Imperial Security Services fall under the ISB umbrella; they do the fieldwork while ISB stays in the office.
As for the armored guys, they seem like enlisted personnel, while the officers are, well, officers.

The thought just occurred to me, since we already have the IN helmet as an optional accessory for the Security Services officer, should we just have the helmet + gauntlets be a V2 tab for the Anthology Imperial Crewman CRL?

Not sure if my eyes are playing tricks on me, but it seems Partagaz and Yularen have warmer-toned tunics, while the rest have cooler-toned tunics.

More research! I found this picture of an (out of focus) INT and ISS Officer from Solo. Edited the brightness...
Interestingly, I think the officer on the right is wearing an INT tunic! And if I squint real hard, I think I can make out some rectangular top stitching on the left trooper's tunic, emulating the fabric strip sewn onto the ones in ANH.
Does anyone have a higher quality version of this picture?

I think that it is closer to 1/2 inch than 3/4. The total width of the indentation is 1.5 inches. It looks like the stip take up roughly 1/3 of that.
After a second look, I think you're right.
Just ordered a 1/2" strip.

I received my cup from Amazon today. Interestingly, it resembles the "Open Tip" version, with sharper indents and a smaller lip. I guess it depends on the production batch?
Shame, as the softer indent version seems to be the one seen on screen.
After holding the cup in hand, I estimate the silver strip measures 3/4" x 4". Since the strip appears to have an edge, I bought a 3/4" x 12" steel strip that's 0.025" thick. I plan to JB weld it onto the cup when it arrives.
Will keep you guys posted!

I also found this guy near the beginning of the movie:
I guess INTs get a new toy!

@chicken45 @buckrogersbarkerAfter reviewing this several times, I think that I found the adequate picture and we were correct. Look at this one. It goes to the shoulder.
According to Glyn Dillon (costume designer for R1), this guy isn't an INT. He is a Security Services officer who borrowed an INT helmet.
While combing through Solo: ASWS, I found this guy in a deleted scene:
Although the quality isn't great, I think it shows the tunic is different.

It appears they have a unique tunic similar (but not identical) to the ANH version.
Do we know what exactly the differences are? It's just the color (black instead of NYPD navy) and the lack of the modesty panel on the collar, right?
I sure wish we had better references for these guys.

If I may, I have two suggestions for the IN Dress CRL:
- I feel that the code cylinders and rank bar should be optional items, as we only see them on the Scarif shield gate operator. They are absent from the other INs we see in RO.
- Perhaps there could be a Version 2 tab with jodhpurs, riding boots, and a DH-17? (this configuration was seen in Kenobi)
Otherwise, outstanding work!
-
Note how the DH-17 is holstered on his right side, meaning there's no magwell.
So the DH-17 (like the E-11 and the SE-14R) are completely new props, different from the R1/Mandalorian blasters.

Do we know what those were?
There's a thread on the RPF about it. The black bottom portion is a Tupperware "Jel-ette" mold, while the silver top is still an unknown.

Imperial Navy trooper R1
in New CRLs - Completed

Now that the CRL has been created (hooray!), can we propose updates?
The Non-Saga INT CRL currently uses the OT-style vacuformed ComPad. In Andor, the INT appears to use an Imperial Crew ComPad, with a modified color scheme:
Thoughts?
