I wouldn't think.  The helmet they are based off of are navy code talker helmets, much bigger to accommodate a headset worn under the helmet. that one is much too close to accommodate that.

I have found pretty much everything except an inexpensive helmet, (below 120).

And I wouldnt know how to go about making one myself. My old MICH 2000 helmet wouldn't work. Would appreciate some tips.

Here is one, I bought one last year for airsoft but that was cancelled due to covid-19 and now I want to build an Imperial Naval Trooper as my entry costume.
