Made some changes to the tunic and hat and wrote the insignia section. Sending this back to the LMOs!

Imperial Security Services Officer: Rebels Model ID-12058, Photo by Jean Michel Butte Barrios
Description: Imperial Security Services Officer: Rebels
    Prefix: ID
    Detachment: Imperial Officer Corps
    Context: Rebels
The Security Services are a separate branch to the Imperial Army and Navy composed of members ideologically committed to the preservation of the Emperor's New Order. The elite officers and enlisted of the Security Services are entrusted with key security checkpoints, detention blocks, star destroyer bridges, and production facilities. They often augment imperial military forces and lead stormtroopers.

This CRL is a work in progress and is not yet ready to use for any approval!
Required Costume Components The following costume components are present and appear as described below.

Tunic, Black Fabric is a medium weight black colored suiting material matching the trousers (and hat, if present). Tunic is double-breasted with a left over right closure on the tapered yoke. Yoke comes up across the shoulder to the top shoulder seam. The standing collar has square corners, is between 1.25" (31.8 mm) and 2" (50.8 mm) tall, and closes snugly. The wearer’s neck must not be visible between the closed collar edges. A modesty panel behind the collar closure is recommended to help with this, but is not required. Collar edges are closed together in front with two eye hooks. Collar has accoutrements that match on screen references. There are code cylinder pockets on both outside panels of the jacket, from about half way between the top and bottom on the arm hole. A central seam runs down the back of the tunic, with no princess seams. Tunic has long sleeves which are without decoration, cuffs, or buttons. Tunic is constructed with no top-stitching (stitches visible on the exterior surface of fabric). Fasteners on the uniform should not be visible. Uniform is to be pressed and free of a wrinkled appearance.
OPTIONAL Level two certification (if applicable): Sleeve may contain one seam on the inner arm.

Hat and Tunic Collar Insignia Insignia is one of the following: an iron on applique material, embroidered, a cloth patch, paint, or a pin. If a pin is used, it should be fastened flush to the collar. Hat and collar insignia must match an on screen configuration. The hat has a quarter circle shaped insignia present on the hat and matches the color of the collar insignia. The tunic collar has either gold chevrons or silver triangles that match the color of the hat insignia.
OPTIONAL Level two certification (if applicable): Rank Insignia must have very thin and flat appearance.

Jodhpur Trousers Fabric is a medium weight suiting material exactly matching the tunic. Trousers are flared riding breeches, with semi-stiff flares to the hip/thigh area. Breeches are worn with boots. Breeches are neatly pressed or ironed without creases. The flares on the jodhpurs mimic the shape of Rebels officer’s flares. Pockets are acceptable, although must not be visible with the tunic on.

Officer Boots Knee-high, black, riding style, lace-less, smooth non-textured, leather or leather-like material. Boots have conservative heels. A single stretch panel or zipper may be present, they are to be hidden on the inner part of the boot shaft. Not visible from the front, side or back. The top of the boots may be flat or Spanish style, but not Cowboy or Super Hero (pointed at the front) style. A small V-shaped notch may be present on the back of the boots top. Boots may have a top adjustment strap on the outside of the boots with a flap attached to the rear seam of the boots. Buckle is attached to the front of the rear flap. Boots may have a zipper.
OPTIONAL Level two certification (if applicable): Boots have a flat top, not Spanish style. OPTIONAL Level three certification (if applicable): Boots are made of leather. Not vinyl or PVC. Exact replicas of English riding (dress) boots or Equestrian boots.

Rank Bar Worn on the left side of the tunic over the heart. Rank consists of colored plastic tiles mounted on metal or metal looking bar. Each bar is approximately 1" (25.4 mm) height. Top bar has a small radius on the top right and left corner. Bottom bar has a small radius on the bottom right and left corner.
OPTIONAL Level two certification (if applicable): Rank bar is one strip with four rounded corners NOT two separate bars as with OT rank bars; tiles are opaque.

Code Cylinders, Rebels One to four Code Cylinders are worn. Modified Silver “chalk holder” tube with a short clip and blue or red top. Cannot mix blue and red caps together. Must all be the same color. Dosimeter Style: True Dosimeter with correct clip and blue or red top is also acceptable. Clip is silver in color.
OPTIONAL Level two certification (if applicable): Must be Rebels style code cylinder with correct Rebels style clip and blue or red caps.

Belt The belt is constructed from a non-textured leather or a leather-like material. Approximately 2" (50.8 mm) in width, up to 3" (76.2 mm). There are no loops on the belt. A single large snap or rivet is visible to the left of the buckle, snap may be raised to a semi-conical shape. The buckle is constructed from a horizontally brushed metal, or metal looking material. Buckle is adorned with a Rebels Era Imperial Code Disk off centered at the top.
OPTIONAL Level two certification (if applicable): Belt does not have grooves. Belt is made of leather.

Optional Accessories Items below are optional costume accessories. These items are not required for approval, but if present appear as described below. If adding in an accessory after initial approval, the item still needs to be submitted to local GML for approval before use.

Belt boxes (Non-Saga style) Dimensions are approximately 2 inches (50.8 mm) wide, 3 inches (76.2 mm) tall and 1 inch (25.4 mm) thick. All boxes must be the same size. Two boxes to be worn vertically, one each on either side of the belt buckle.
OPTIONAL Level two certification (if applicable): Belt boxes are made of metal. OPTIONAL Level three certification (if applicable): Boxes may have a pill shaped detail in the top and bottom.

Belt boxes (Andor style) Dimensions are approximately 1.77 inches (45 mm) wide, 2.64 inches (67 mm) tall and 1 inch (25.4 mm) thick. All boxes must be the same size. Two boxes to be worn vertically, one each on either side of the belt buckle. Belt boxes give the appearance of metal.
OPTIONAL Level two certification (if applicable): Corners have a “stepped 90-degree cutout” in the shape of a square on all four corners of the face of the box. OPTIONAL Level three certification (if applicable): Boxes may have a pill shaped detail in the top and bottom.

Gloves Black, wrist length gloves constructed of a non-textured leather or leather-like material. Enclosed fingers. No buckles, straps, or other decoration.
OPTIONAL Level two certification (if applicable): Gloves extend past the wearer’s wrist several inches, covering the forearm while reaching or bending the arm.

Holster Black in color and constructed from leather or leather like material. When possible, the holster is made from same material as the belt. Holster has one belt loop, made of the same material as the holster. The holster is long enough to extend past the hem of the tunic.
OPTIONAL Level two certification (if applicable): The Holster is attached to the belt by a ½" (12.7 mm) metal stud.

Pistol Accurate Rebels Era Imperial Officer's Pistol.

There isn't any more difference in Andor tunics than any other tunics when compared with their movies.
ANH belts had unfinished edges and no grooves
ANH Tunics and anthology uniforms have longer skirts.
ESB and most of ROTJ have shorter skirts.
ANH and anthology have higher collars.

For those reasons, there's no plans for an Andor specific CRL.
We just need to update the crl tro match what we added to Dedra's:
OPTIONAL: White material may contain a very light gray tint (a cool white as opposed to a creamy warm white). Keep in mind ambient lighting has a dramatic effect on photographs, so a cool white tunic may appear to be warmer based on lighting.

There is no separate Partagaz CRL at the moment. You would apply with the ISB CRL.

    Hey guys,

looking to complete my Jumpsuit Navy Trooper in all versions of the OT, I was just on the search of the "smaller horizontal belt boxes" for the RotJ Version when I found the above thread from 2017 and this one

Is this change gonna be implemented any time in the future? Because it has caused me already some confusion and almost money for horizontal belt boxes that are not there/ apparently not necessary? And apparently caused also some other things like temporary rejection of Executor Status?
The horizontal belt boxes are definitely a wrong mention in the CRL.

    @buckrogersbarker @kman @chicken45

    Also, as a additional question:
I am with the CRL team on CTD and our staff implemented a special thread last year both in closed CRL Team section and in the public part of the forum  that keeps track, which CRLs are in in the works, NTTL costumes etc. Just as a listed overview for all members. Below the first main post with that listed overview members can write down errors/ inconsistencies or just that they start a NTTL for the staff to follow before submission to the LMOs.
Is there anything like that on the IOC forum? I am not very often on here, but if I can help make things easier to overview, I wanted to share that as an idea...

Now, it is difficult solo setting up your color levels when you, the model, are not standing in front of the DSLR and you are setting color settings via the backdrop color. Probably a better way to do this would be to take the jacket off and on a stand, set my camera triangle, then put it back on but I had already put everything on when I thought of that. Really need an assistant.

I can tell you, in my opinion, particularly when outside it looks pretty close to the screenshots. I could always put more lights on it inside but regrettably I do not have any area where I live with higher than just a foot'ish above my head. All low ceilings. I included the indoor and outdoor, non-adjusted Color Corrector Cards. Difficult to say without an inside person, what lighting they used on set.

Think the outdoor shot was overexposed slightly but again, needed an assistant.

Fabric should be a medium weight, white suiting material. OPTIONAL: White material may contain a very light gray tint (a cool white as opposed to a creamy warm white). Keep in mind ambient lighting has a dramatic effect on photographs, so a cool white tunic may appear to be warmer based on lighting.

Now that we have cups, we need to advocate for canon sunglasses. Maybe we can get some space aviators or something.

It can’t be removed unless you sand the whole thing and repaint it. It is etched.   I just masked off the area around it and painted it black.  It’s good enough for my eye and at a distance it will be unnoticed.
If this is indeed the cup, I wonder how the prop folks covered up the coffee etch.

Note the indentation on the side of the cup.  I believe this cup has two indentations, one on each side. There are other cups on Amazon that have 4 indentations. Judging from this photo, I believe there are only 2. In the Andor trailer, if the cup had 4 indentations, you would be able to see at least two in based on the angle shown.

So the corners and the square cutouts. For clarification, in Andor at a distance, the corners look rounded, but it's because of an exaggeration of those fold lines, likely to make casting them easier. See here on Lt Gorn.  Hope that makes sense.

My previous question was cleared up on another thread The Pill is moved to a separate tier. Works well enough in my opinion!

Now, another question: I've read some folks say before that all the boxes for Rogue One were metal. How do we know that before Andor they were all metal and not some metal/resin before? Did a member have hands on? Did a member take measurements, etc? How do we know they've not been changed by the time Solo comes around, etc?

I'm asking simply because I don't want to make assumptions, unless we have better info. Even if the boxes are meant to resemble metal, I don't want to assume they actually are.

Also another question on the 90° cutout - just so I understand it correctly:
I can see corners seemingly cutout on these boxes for Rogue One. Is this the cutout referred to on the Andor text?
