Yes, and we have a very good description of what those troops look like as well. In the original thread I laid out all the references with their sources if you want to check it out. I would love to do a CRL for these Troopers as well sometime down the road.

I came up with "hall walkers". lol. The working title I had in mind for a while was Death Star Officer. 
Maybe we could just call them Senior NCOs since most of them looked a bit on the older side.

I do have one small concern. I don't know if i'm 100% convinced this uniform had princess seams. Most of the movie stills make the back appear pretty blank. What looks like a seam could possibly be a wrinkle. I could be wrong though.
I'm hoping for at least, a strong consensus on that before I take my material to the seamstress next week.  
 
I'll have to share a pic of the headphones I found that somewhat match the clunky air crew phones, the one guy wears under his helmet.

I'm doing the photos tomorrow - weather permitting - and that should be it. I've finished off the details for the CRL about the specific parts. I even had my artist do some swag for the Imperial Army to drum up interest. You can find them here at the Walt's Trooper Factory website. Walt has been especially helpful with molding and sourcing the various parts.

The CRL for Reserve pilot allows 3 stripes on the gloves as an option, but it's not listed as an option for the Bridge Crew. On the plus side, gloves are an option for Bridge Crew, so you don't need them for approval.

You've received some great advice, Jon, and it's nice to see members stepping up to help. When you figure which costume to go for, we're all here to help.

Veers to ACD made sense.  From a pure military point of view, ACD (Armored CAVALRY Detachment - emphasis on the second word) Veers was commanding the Empire's "Cavalry" - AT-AT and AT-ST walkers.

Thrawn, Price and Tarkin are not commanding Cavalry.  They are effectively Generals on the field.  And a General is a commanding OFFICER.
 
Tarkin is an Officer if he's in armor for field work or bunny slippers because he doesn't like the feel of his boots.  Sorry, but I'll ride and die on that hill, "feelings" be damned.

I checked the thread over on the ACD Forums, and the last reply was back in April. It seems that the ACD was just as split as to where the "Armored Officers" should ultimately belong.

Right now there's a small team working with one of the 501st LMOs on the CRLs. We're focusing on the basic Army Trooper and Army Engineer (Sapper) as seen in the Dark Horse comics that came out in the mid 2000s. If all goes well there will be additional costumes in the future.

Back in the late 1970s I had his book, Uniforms of the Seven Years War. The guy knew his stuff.

For OT belt boxes, Im not sure because of the pop-rivet. Unless you use a fake "pop-rivet". The R1 belt boxes actually can be fully functional. The box and lid are pretty snug, but can slide apart. Im going to glue mine together with E6000, but you could leave it unglued and store things inside.

Oh yes. Definitely. The "belt and buckle" that it came with was garbage. You definitely need to get an approved belt elsewhere. Lots of places sell belts though. TiggWolf and WampaWear both sell full belts or just the buckle. PhiloProps also sells belt buckles.

A fun troop with weapons. Awesome!

Just my opinion but a Bridge or Scanning Crew costume would be better suited as a "Droid Tech", but I don't think you'd get hassled if you were seen operating a droid in a Staff Officer costume.
