lscgraham. Send her your pics and she will give the go ahead.

You need to send pics of your uniform in to the IOCs Personal Manager.
-
that could be vary well your diet. I would try to mix things up in your workout as to not let them get old. You will also find that you may even loss a little more because of it

I hear you there. How many days are you doing your cardio?
4-5 days
Thats great! I would say your doing everything right. The one other thing is what you eat. A great way to show how to eat smart is just what shinchan is doing (Way to go man ). Just so everyone knows, If you see this guy face to face he looks like he is in his 30-35 tops!
We to go brother!

I just wanted to say to everyone here, this is why I wanted to sart this section. Great job everyone! let keep it up! We have lost way to many troopers because of not staying in shape. We have a chance to fix it here and now one trooper at a time
So your doing four times a week, that's great! Congrats! If I may ask, what do you do for cardio?
For your weights, You can do one of two things: One, you can do drop sets. That when you start with just about your max in weights and you max out until you fail (you can't left it any more or you start to cheat). Your second set is with a meddle amount of weight and you repeat and your last set is with a light amount. You do this with only a small amout of rest through out. THIS IS FOR PEOPLE WHO HAVE BEEN DOING WEIGHTS FOR SOME TIME.
Your second choice: You do endurance for about a month or two and then go to strengthening for the same amout of time. You can even do it week by week! This works for most people and I think is better.

Vary cool! Muscle confusion is the key to that! You are going to want to do a combination of muscle endurance (8 to 12 rips and about 3 sets) and strengthening (4 to 8 rips max out and about 2 to 3 sets) just to give you an idea

As a personal Trainer it sounds like you have a plan and that's the first step!
-
O wow you lucky dog! Let me know if you ever want to sell it!

I hear you there Just need to get the CRLs out of the way and we can get that going along with some other ideas
-
I believe that trooper no longer sells those and hasn't for about 1 1/2 to 2 years. I got a few of those just before he stoped.
-
Congrats trooper!!!!

Follow just what Skithas said and you should be good with your membership
Thank you Vengeance, I hope to have the chance to do my duty for the IOC and take this detachment to new places.

Thank you Paul, that means alot

Hi everyone,
I just wanted to say hi to everyone and tell a little about myself. I have been a member of the IOC for a little over three years now and only do soft costumes. I think we as a detachment should be bigger then what we are now and i believe I have what it takes to lead the IOC in a new era for our great detachment. I am known as the "soft costume expert" in my garrison. I have helped many people become 501st members through out the world. I just wanted to let everyone know if elected I promise the following:
1) Switch to a modern forum software that can be linked to other detachments. (Many other detachments are doing this and it seems to be helping with a growth in there membership)
2) Re-organize the content to make it easier to find.
3) Get the CRL's done.
4) Get a "Elite" program together. (The IOC voted to have this program and with the completion of the CRL's just around the corner it will be a reality)
I hope I get a chance to show all of you and future IOC members what I can give to this detachment.

I don't see why not This is about fitness and how we can help each other out in this area! I hope more people do the same. We have to try everyone, not just for your family but for yourself. This will help us out in what we like to do.... And is that.... TROOP!!!
I would say take it easy at first. Don't over do. I know it's easy to do for some who was in sports and/or the military.
And thank you for doing your duty for your country.
