For the belt I went to Belting Imperials. The price is in the middle of everyone else, but the turnaround is lightspeed. Got my belt in a week; where TiggWolf is at eight weeks.

Pick this one up to use. It fits both soft parts for both Krennic and my staff officer, boots, belt, holster, odds and ends. It also has two zipper pouches in the corners to stash all my smaller items (ranks bars, code cylinders, etc.).

Having trooped with the cloak for 5+ hours; trust me you do not want a heavy fabric. Cotton twill is probably your best bet if you can find it. I'd have to see quilting cotton to see if it would work or not.

Another option is Magnoli. They cost more, but are 100% tailored to you, and are legion approved as well. Choose the imperial director for the R1 cut. It’s for Krennic, but they don’t add any snaps for the cloak, so will be good to go for an ISB.

This might have been talked about already, if so just delete this. 

 

I am only curious as to the reasoning behind onlu allowing snaps for Lvl2? Were magnets ever considered? I would think that it should not really matter in the end what mounting system is used as long as you can't see it.

I plan on taking a VERY close look at this costume and the Jedi ones this week at D*C. Hopefully I will be able to take some close up pics, to gage the quality.
