  1. From the two actors of those roles, they said that it was an Anovos "Classic"Jodpurs". which on picture it do look like it is.

And the outfit design, it do make scenes of the pants to be the colonel/major pants instant the FO wrap pants.

  2. So that's a pretty clear shot that confirms the "capes". What I'm not sure about is did they chosse this design because they wanted a cape for all officers or did they search for a quick and dirty way for all officers to look like as if they're wearing coats without the effort to actually sew them?
May be it is to make it different from hux at least.

  3. In the Book.the force awakens book the visual dictionary. The rank that it is for admiral is Red and black which sits on the rank level as the General.

Concerning the group of the officers in the background on the Starkiller-stage: how do we know their ranks? Unfortunately we can not see their rank-bands on their left sleeve.

But the picture on that actor you can see the rank bar there. (One more think I found that people will said it can not be part of this info is) And the other time we do see this rank again is the promotional lego toy in 2016 when they were giving out. which did have that two rank bar on the toy.

And if you use logic on the design and to compare to the colonel for the tunic, it is the same design. I am just guessing because the actor is a background cast, they did not give him a fitting suit as it is cover up by the cape.

Just the pants and an add on cape which is different cutting. As what I see from that part. Even do the two Actor Rony bridges and Gary (who where both on the set with Domhnall Gleeson) did said about the pants being the Anovos Classic Officer pants. That what I read when I was asking about the design on what they wore. (I know this info will not be part of this. but it is something along the way that I ask)

I LOVE that someone is trying to make a costume from this series. I personally was a big fan of Jahan Cross and thought about doing his costume.

Rank bar has been covered, nothing more to say on that.

I would put my vote in that the pants are gray and the tunic is ISB cream.

I fully get the argument about the colors being hard to pin point down because of this being a comic, yes things change from panel to panel (the belt is clearly black in one panel and then gray in another), but in all of those provided panels the boots are consistently black, the belt only changes to gray once so that might be a coloring error, might be for contrast, the color of the pants are always the same so I really think they're gray.

These two characters are Intelligence Agents = ISB. Ysanne has her very white streaks and Jahan has white hair, the white in the panels is very different from the color of the tunics.

I seriously want to see this costume happen and get approved.

    OT:
Too bad Jahan Cross outfit for his officer is kind of odd as he got two colors. LOL. I did wanted to try to make it but the color is not green nor white

  5. Because cleaning the sleeve with makeup stains, sucks balls alot.

When I do makeup for my krennic, even I use fixler for the makeup, it still left stains marks the collar

That if your GML is ok with Nude glove kind? So from far or from the photos it do not look like gloves? :/ (I know this will not look movie cannon........ OTL)

I was waiting on an answer on whether I could wear gloves for this build. As I have heavily tattooed hands. The gml advised me that the gloves aren't in the CRL so I couldn't. Which is fair.
But at the same time advised me on using a tattoo consealer which is a great idea. So I'm going to have a chat in some make up departments to see the best route to take with this.

But White/cream with makeup on hand is a bad idea. you will be washing the sleeve very time.

You will have to see if you can get on some Water resistant spray/Fixier spray. But this will still come out after sometime when troopping.

I heard this band Dermablend is pretty good for covering up tattoo. And it is may be waterproof?

I love this and I'm going to attempt to pattern a regular officer poncho of my own!! Everything is very clear to me but I'm getting hung up on some small things about the back of the costume and I was hoping you could help so I do it right from all angles!!

I can't quite tell a few things about the center seam on the back -

    1. I can't quite tell how/if this is top-stitched.

    2. I can't quite tell where the split needs to begin.

    3. I can't quite tell how you're finishing the seam on the under-side. (Which may or may not be answered by top-stitching!) It looks like you serged the edges then sewed the two parts together like you would for a regular ol' seam. But I was wondering if you treat this differently towards the bottom so people can't see the serged edges while looking through your legs?

    Sorry for the question bombardment!

1# The back have Top-stitched that part which is you are pointing . Like the krennic's picture below

    picture45.jpg

2# The split starts around the butt level.  For the front and back of that end part here are the photos.
    cape2.jpg

    cape1.jpg
The back part along the sides of the cape I add around 2inc of it to cover up the
serged edges as if you see on Krennic's cape on his picture you can see it for the front and back. Just for the front part of the cape (here the arm come out from), I put about 1.5inc for the back.

3#  This cape which is my V.5.... I have not top-stitching it down (ie......have not finish it...)

  8. Hi!
I have some tiny feet so none of the available options fit my feet(well, only the Imperial Boots seems to have them). I found these boots on ebay and thought they weren’t too bad. Problems I found are the front seam and the detail on the inside of the calf. I want ones that won’t require much modification since I don’t enjoy working with leather.

    These have front seam

These don’t, but have buckles I need to remove, and the calf extension seam is a bit lower.

I wear a size 7 shose for Imperial boots and it is very alot of space for me so I have to add in sponge inside the boots.

The boots that you just show, i think it is too glossy and you will have to hide the zipper

  9. The generics rank is not thicker it's actually 2 band's
LOL..... dam...... I did check out the game again after I take a break from my work (and end up playing Ogodwhy)

True that there is two bands on it after seeing it closely. Even when dieing and on the loading screen I did see that.
