You can try some of this.

The coat looks somewhat like this but you may have to redraw some parts to make it bigger (I never use this before)
    https://www.lekala.co/catalog/men/coa/pattern/6030

or you can use this but there are alot more add on to work on ( I did use this as a base to work around it abit)

Angelus reacted to charlyselo in Line/Staff Rain Poncho by charlyselo
A few months ago, in January to be more exact, I made a rain poncho, guiding me a little about Angelus' work and screenshots of the film.
I made a tutorial for the forum of Spanish Garrison, and now I will be translating it here little by little. I hope you like it

    --------------------------------------------------------------------

Fabric: Black nylon 100% waterproof. 3 meters x 1.5 meters.

The rain poncho consist in three main parts: yoke and collar(blue), cape (black) and breastplate(green).

Let's go with the first one.

    Cape

Cape is the most easy part. Consist of two rectangles, wich length is the size from the neck to the upper part of the boots, and width comes from the same point of the neck to the top of your fingers, putting your arms cross.

Then you have to sew it together only on the red line, a little bit more of the half.

    Yoke and collar

This part consist in another four parts: back, front right side, front left side and collar.

    Back:

I give you mi sizes as reference. It's based on a XL size from CosplaySky suit.

On the last image, the red line correspond to the seams need to be visible, about a 1" from the border.

Next, the front left side (from the wearer's point of view) consist in two pieces:

H.2 and H.3 need to be sew it together at the middle. H.3 will be on top of the front right piece. H.4 is the front right piece:

Now that's how it should look:

Grey part from H.4 will be hidden by H.3
Again, visible seams are required. Red are 1" from the border, blue are 1/2":

    Bib

So sorry if 'bib' it's not the correct name for this piece.

The bib is quite simple to make. It consists of four sections, namely: two symmetrical sections, one inch wide, which will go on each side of the bib. A four-inch section on the left side, seen from the front, which will contain the pocket for the dosimeters, and finally a fourth central section.

The two outer sections will go down to the edge of our suit jacket, while the other two inner sections will be two inches longer. Remember, once again, to leave seam allowances when cutting the fabric.

The pocket in my case I made it four inches deep, enough to contain the dosimeters (at least the ones I have, manufactured by Malakili). For this I simply cut that section with the calculated length, plus twice the depth of the pocket, that is, eight inches. In this way simply by folding we get the pocket.

The fourth and last section, the central one, is the simplest. Simply calculate the width to fill in the full width of the shoulder / neck part.

And finally the visible seams. Across the bottom, seam to approximately a quarter of an inch to finish off the edge. Another quarter-inch seam in the center section over the pocket section. And most importantly, two cross seams in the pocket section. One inch horizontally from the edge of the pocket, and another vertically one inch to the left of the section. In this way we will "divide" the pocket in two, one of an inch almost useless and the other of three inches where the dosimeters will go. Earlier I said that this section will be four inches, although we now have a pocket really three inches wide. Keep in mind that a pocket less than two and a half inches wide we can have trouble putting two dosimeters.

Another measure that I have forgotten to comment on before, is that the pocket will be approximately two inches from the top edge.

And another thing to keep in mind when joining the three parts of the poncho, is that you have to form a "sandwich" in the following order from outside to inside: shoulders, cape and bib. I will leave some photos where I hope you can see well what I mean.

You have done so much work on this and I love it. I just want to be very clear with you. The IOC staff loves this and wants this to happen. But I'm on the fence. Reference wise a few members of the LMO team are not entirely convinced of what's going on with the costume.

    I'll be frank..

I have no issue using reasonable assesment to make a costume we will never see again.
    However!
This one I feel like we are gonna potentially get a ton more of.(the first order has another whole movie)

So my question is the following...

    1. Pants: what kind is this guy wearing. Need visual reference.

    2. Back (any of it) do we have absolutely any information about the back of this costume that's visual?

Thank you so much you guys. We want this to succeed.

I hope you can see where we are coming from. If something happens later and that back ends up being different who's gonna take the heat? The LMO office... So help me help you guys

In TLJ they wear the pointy pants, the back we don't see but its reasonable to believe its the same as the teals, Right now as with most CRLS we go on what we know but yes that can and does change as we learn more (grey OT officers)

This is highly possible. Just my 2 cents: I suggest we move forward with it as-is & just update it as-needed, if EPVIIII provides any new info on it, i.e. rank title, back details, ect.
Exactly. We have plenty of OT costumes that have been retconned from one rank/title to another once new canon came out. We can still see the physical costume & replicate that (which has been done), if not the correct/exact title for it. No reason this costume will be different. Perhaps make it a variant for now, since someone has actually made the costume, and not just talked about it and expected a CRL to somehow pop up without a model. I say we go with it.

1 Do you want the strap detail included as that's a key feature on both Hux and the greys or add that for L2 OR 3?
    2. Correct the split is there in that scene but appears to be a box pleat in all others?
    3. Totally agree the generic General was based on Hux so should match

Hi all! I went over the diagram I did earlier and made changes based on that T-model that was posted. WOW neat thank you again for posting. I would LOVE To see the Generic Officers now.

From this you can see I added quite a few....

I realize some of these are small I realize some of these could be argued I realize some of these have been argued But WOW thats a ton of differences.  Click twice for larger image

So much? You just did it then. Other detachments do it. They are different uniforms, plain and simple. Plus he is unique and therefore not generic.

And if the game and movie must coexist then so must animated and film, so the differences between ISB movie and Yularen in Rebels should be overlooked.

Hask compared to the film uniforms is different, and compared to the generic is different, on that evidence alone it deserves it's on hero crl. Add the fact he is the main antagonist in the dlc then he deserves his own CRL.

As what some have said on the early post.

Early on before Kis did build, I have a few looks on the ref design on Hask compare with the Generic Officer. Hask and the FO Generic Officer are different even from the design of the color and outfit. And Hask as a main character of the game, he can have his own CRL.

To me "Generic Officer" and "Hask" are as different as "Generic Jedi" and "Luke Skywalker". We all grumble and moan at the inaccuracies, differences and ambiguities in CRL's, and having them separate enables the staff and members to create a more accurate and more importantly understandable definition of the costume.
This is a no-brainer in my mind.

In my opinion I believe Hask should be a separate character.
He is the main villain in several of Battlefront 2 singleplayer campaigns and major Imperial Officer villains have separate CRL's such as Krennic.
There is also definite evidence that the generic FO Battlefront officers are different to Hask therefore it would be very confusing and wrong to incorporate Hask into a CRL.

For the design of Hask of his outfit, It is much different from the Movie FO like Mitaka, Fin and even any other FO Officers. Like the shoulder and the pen that is on his chest level. And as what Kris did pointed out on the CRL that his hat have sewline on it.

And even for the color, I will said it is Dark Charcoal color for hask. The generic FO in the game looks more Gray than hask color.  Can see from the arm band of his and hers which is different.

So I think that Husk can be a CRL by it own.

Aye I totally get what you are saying however as much as we all love to have consistency, we all know this is "movie magic" and these costumes go through so many iterations and people. From the concept artists to the designers to the tailors to the director. They never seem to keep consistant or in cannon. Sometimes its all about throwing whatever they had on set onto a guy

Oh hey look the movie came out! I totally wasted the extra 10$ in hopes theres something of value in here. the book is crap unfortunately. This is the Target exclusive version.

Sure!  but changing the name and adding the options for different rank bars that you can have seems to me like a great option. Then we don't spend time over analyzing images that maybe aren't out there in the wild
