Hmm, too late for that one as I received the shipping notice yesterday.    Below is the content of my "private message" attached to the order.  We'll see how it turns out.
 
IMPORTANT: 
- Leg flares should be moved up and width should be reduced per 501st standards. 
- They should start just below the waistline and end halfway down the thigh. 
- Move the leg flares up 4" and reduce flare out / width by half.

Also, please be sure all 501st requirements are present:
- Modesty panel with hook and eye
- Snap closures on flap
- No topstitching
- Chest dart

Custom Measurements:
- Neck: 45 cm 
- Shoulder Width: 46 cm 
- Hip: 102 cm 
- Shoulder to Waist: 61 cm 
- Arm Circumference: 34 cm 
- Waist to knee: 52 cm 
- Outseam: 97 cm 
- Thigh circumference: 53 cm 
- Calf circumference: 35.5 cm 
- Cuff Circumference: 18 cm

Oh, here's this thread. For anyone else who finds it I recommend sending along this reference picture for the flares on jodphurs. The pattern they use has them too low and too big. The flares should start just below the waist and end half-way down the thigh. The apex should be at the crotch.
