buckrogersbarker got a reaction from shadan in Rule modification for ISB CRLs.
I'll post as many references as I can this weekend.
I would not mind seeing the version three and a straight pants version stand along as a non saga ISB to be in line with our security services and military uniforms. it would complete the set of the available uniforms for the new Disney era costumes.

ALL the ranks should be permissible for any uniform, especially when there is long standing examples of various ranks throughout the years. This is the Imperial officer corps, not the Original Trilogy club.
That said, what would you say to the ISB being split like we have with the security services and the staff.
We preserve the past with the OT uniforms and allow the configurability with ISB much like we did with the non saga CRLs.
We have done it with green and black... how about we do it with the ISB?

buckrogersbarker reacted to MaiTaiJedi in Imperator and Executor
I've heard a lot of talk on here about achieving Imperator or Executor status. Is this IOC lingo for Level 2 and 3? Can someone clarify this for me?

buckrogersbarker reacted to Jean in Imperial Navy trooper R1
Hi, I think that is different than that version (OT version 1), considering that the jumpsuit is a R1 version, the belt has grooves, the belt boxes are smaller. The compad is different. I also used another helmet, similar than the used during the film, considering that was made by FAC, like this one, bigger.

this would be a brand new CRL as this flightsuit is may of nylon and reflects the Rogue One designs.

With this final bit of information, we've decided with the rest of the LMO team that this costume now has enough references to be build into a CRL

buckrogersbarker reacted to Hask in Sith Eternal Officer
Hello IOC.
I was contacted today and LFL have finally come back to us with info on the Sith Eternal. The back of the tunic is a straight cut, not pleated, and there are two vertical seams on the back all the way down to the bottom edge of the tunic similar to the FOSB.

Short answer was “nothing they can share ATM”. I don’t push back on the “why”.
However, did get guidance that the SEO “might” have been out on display during the premier. I’d start maybe some forensics and check with legion members (not just IOC) who attended the ROS premier and see if they grabbed photos. In the first two premiers (in Hollywood) costumes were in the lobby and after party areas in display. SoCal usually has a host of members that attend. I’d suggest a legion forum shout out and see if someone managed to nab a pic.
Beat the drums. See what turns up.
There’s one more former LFL contact who’s always at premiers I will reach out to.

buckrogersbarker got a reaction from MaiTaiJedi in Imperial Facial Hair regulations
There are a number of imperial officers with facial hair going back to the old Marvel Comics from 1977 to 1985. They have run the gambit of long side burns, full beards, mustache's, goatees, it is pretty broad.
These were brought into canon, but characters in the recent Rogue One film...but we see full beards in the Mandalorian and in the production art that was not fully used for some of the episodes.
Beards no only have a place, but have a tradition with some real world services.

there is actually a discussion underway with the LMOs over shared materials with other detachments. I know that JRS has deviated some from what we had, but these SHOULD be the same items used repeatedly. I'll let you know what we fight out. We just started talks with @stormtrooperguy recently.

buckrogersbarker got a reaction from AngelFelix in Imperial Tie Fighter Hanger Crew *CRL*
It is exactly the same suit as the Imperial Enlisted Flightsuit (Non Saga).
It is the darker grey flightsuit made of nylon just like in Rogue one. It has the embossed patches,. Boots are the same. The hat has a notch in the greeble like OT Hats, though this one is turned down. It has the smaller belt box. The belt is grooved.
The main addition are the pouches and the goggles. I would rather this be a tab with the enlisted flightsuit for organizational purposes. It is just slightly a different configuration.

buckrogersbarker got a reaction from AngelFelix in Imperial Enlisted Flightsuit (Non-Saga)
This will follow the construction and written CRL of an Imperial Enlisted Flightsuit (Non-Saga) as shown in the films Rogue One.
The work for this costume and CRL are essentially finished already as the Rogue One TIE Pilot minus the flight gear, the change of the flightsuit to Grey nylon, the addition of the black officer hat. I will present a proposed CRL and add additional photos showing details.

Sorry I got infected with COVID so I didn't get a chance to look into here. Thank you for the numerous replies. I am happy to hear that you agree with my opinion regarding the seams. As you guys mentioned it is nearly impossible to get the uniform right without seams according to my tailor. It is very confusing since the black series figure actually does have the seams. I also shortened the trousers so it doesn't wrinkle that much. My hair dresser is also going to adjust my hair since this was just a bit improvised.
