Is there any distinction between what is allowed on a black officer uniform vs an olive? For example, can a black line officer have an admiral rank bar?

[Boot feedback needed]

Found these boots as a replacement for my current approved black boots (starting to show wear and tear).  Looking for feedback on the new ones.  There is a black zipper on the inside, and a small black panel of stretch material near the zipper.  You can't see them looking face on, but I thought about covering them with an extra leather panel anyway.

They did the same to me. Neither of the ISB tunics they sent me were any good. I may try to fix it myself but it's going to be a lot of work.

I posted this in a separate thread, but I ordered an ISB from them and it did not come out right. They might fix their issues, but just beware. One thing I would have done differently is see if they can send you a photo of the finished product before mailing it, that way you can tell them if anything is wrong before it goes out.
